친절한 직원들 때문에 좋은 숙박이 되었습니다. 다만 호이안 구시가지에서 거리가 멀어 무료 자전거나, 유료 택시를 이용했습니다. 주변 자연조경이 아름다워 휴식을 취하기 좋습니다.

조금 외진곳에 있어 찾기 힘든 것 빼고는 직원들도 친절하고 궁금한것에 대해 진심을 다해 해결해 주셔서 불편함 없이 묵을수 있어 만족합니다.

Please fix the map of the hotel correctnly. When I made a reservation for the hotel, i chose it because it was located in the place not far away from the center of hoian in the map, but the map was wrong. So, i had to take a taxi to arrive at the hotel & the center of Hoian several times. There was nothing around the hotel like an convenient store or supermarket.

Très bel hôtel, avec peu de chambres ce qui garantit le calme. Chambre superbe, tout confort. Salle de bain extérieur magnifique. Le petit déjeuner est très complet et très bon et se prend autour de la piscine. Enfin le personnel est très agréable et parle bien anglais. Seul petit bémol : fortes odeurs d’égouts dans la douche, qui se diffusent dans la chambre ..

C'est à la perfection, un très grand merci Michelle, la chef d'orchestre... C'était génial !

Tranquilo y espectacular hotel boutique de estilo vietnamita. Queda a unos 15 min en bici de la playa y de HoiAn. Atención estupenda y muchos detalles. Preciosa piscina rodeada de estanque de peces. Habitación enorme con bañera de piedra y ducha en un patio privado exterior romántico. Cama un poco dura para mi gusto, pero cómoda.

this hotel is really beautiful and a little oasis away from the busy city! The large room has an outdoor shower which we loved! It could use a few more people around and a few simple upgrades (towels and bath products) but it was so well-priced and we really enjoyed it and the people working there are very nice. Short taxi ride to beach and city.

Staff are so friendly, once you stay, you don't want to leave ! I miss this place, and surely will be back.

sehr schöne gepflegte Anlage im tropischen Ambiente. Tolle Zimmer, sehr ruhig, jeweils ca. 3,5 km von der Innenstadt und den Stränden entfernt. Mit den kostenlos zur Verfügung stehenden Fahrrädern (diese könnten besser gewartet sein) gut zu erreichen. Freundliches Personal.

Great quite resort in farm nature rice fields n river. Breakfast as service. No other dining. Beautiful scenery. Just a bike ride away from a few restaurants shops. Pool nice although very warm all day long

Die erste Nacht haben wir in einem sehr schlechtem Zimmer verbringen müssen. - Es stank nach altem Rauch wie in einer Vereinskneipe - Die Dusche war Defekt - Lichter im Zimmer waren zum Teil kaputt - Das Zimmer war insgesamt sehr marode Am nächsten Morgen haben wir uns dann gleich beschwerd, uns wurde dann angeboten in ein anderes Hotel zu gehen oder für einen aufpreis ein anderes Zimmer zu bekommen, wir haben uns dann entschieden ein anderes Zimmer zu nehmen. Da die Hotelanlage selber sehr schön war. Das andere Zimmer das wir bekommen haben war genau das gegenteil vom ersten Zimmer. Die Hotelanlage ist wirklich sehr schön aber man muss schauen welches Zimmer man bucht sonst kann es sehr schnell unangenehm werden.

im nirgendwo zwischen Hoi An und dem Strand gelegen. Geräusche wie auf einem Bauernhof. Per Bike nach Hoi An City 15 Minuten und zu Fuss 40 Minuten. Kostenlose Bikes... Geld hätte man nicht nehmen dürfen, sehr schlechter Zustand.

Hotel facilities are very good but not recommended because of its location.. Far from main city and map shows incorrect location.

It was a surprise to find that this hotel is not where it is shown on the map near the city center, but 3.5km out of town. It's actually a very peaceful, rural location but as we expected cold, wet and windy weather (so booked somewhere we thought was central) it wasn't very convenient, so beware. Initially shown to a room that was full of mould and at the back of the property despite being the only guests on arrival, but this was rectified without too much fuss. Wifi in the room didn't work for the entire stay which meant sitting in the open air restaurant in terrible weather to access internet. Staff were nice and friendly but not very attentive and barely visible. This is a beautiful property but it appears the garden is the only thing that is maintained, the rest is getting pretty worn and tired. Breakfast was great. Not at all what we expected but for the price, you get what pay for (just).

Hotel perdu dans la campagne de hoi an en retrait du centre ville mais néanmoins accessible en taxi. Google maps indique une fausse position ce qui peut tromper le client a l'achat du produit hôtelier. Bcp de personnes mécontentes de leur séjour car le cadre idyllique des lieux a été gâché par des négligences dans la qualité du service rendu (serviettes trouées et tachées par exemple, ménage succinct,...) Il semble que la propriétaire des lieux réduit ses investissements ce qui doucement accentuera la dégration naturelle des lieux. Sans le bon service que même les guesthouse du Vietnam fournissent la vente de ce produit au-delà de 35 euros par chambre et par nuit sera un abus remettant en question le rapport qualité prix

环境很好，服务也很好，地理位置稍偏，离会安中心城区约4.5公里。

This hotel was very different to others we had booked so it was a gamble but a gamble that paid off. The luxury room we had was lovely with a comfortable bed and a gorgeous outside marble bath and shower though there was also a lovely indoor shower. The lovely small pool set in a lily pond with giant koi and catfish was a delight to swim in. The service was good, staff were helpful and friendly and the food was so good that , unusually for us, we ate in all three nights. All in all a delightful experience.

In a busy schedule, the Villa Hoa Su was an oasis of peace. So relaxing, and although the rooms didn't have tea making facilities, what was much better was that we had free reign in the nearby kitchen. Breakfasts limited but lovely, and Minh was so helpful. Lovely, fully intend to re visit.

A little bit of paradise for our 4 nights. The young lady who took care of the Homestay, Ian(?) was wonderful. The breakfasts, included in the home price was delicious and served made to order every morning at our requested time. She even provided us a supper served to us in the garden 1 evening. We upgraded to a larger suite for $10 a night. With the outdoor shower and large marble bath, it was totally worth it. A "must stay" when visiting Hoi An!!
