The staff was very kind, professional, friendly, and accommodating. Right out of a Tuscan rom-com, the hotel has a beautiful entry and garden and is in a gorgeous Tuscan setting. Ask for the room with the patio. It was great for morning coffee. The town of Castel del Piano was lively with locals in the piazza and shop keepers sweeping to make clean and welcoming store fronts.

We were so impressed with this hotel. We purchased a home locally and needed a place to stay at a moment’s notice. The hotel was extremely clean, the staff was so friendly and engaging and the breakfast was terrific. The room we purchased was the one with the hot tub/Jacuzzi. Everything was so clean and the tub was a great relief. We highly recommend this hotel.

Very clean, well situated hotel to many Tuscan hotspots. Amazing view from our room of neighboring hilltop villages. Kind of magical stuff. The staff could not have been more accommodating. We had a massage as well and so glad we did. Completely relaxing and rejuvenating. The attached restaurant had very good food as well. We ate there both nights of our stay.

L'équipe est extrêmement gentille et à l'écoute des clients. La circulation des motos la nuit après minuit est tres bruyante et désagréable, du moins si vous dormez fenêtre ouverte sans boule quies.

Special hotel at very good price. It was my second time there and it did not disappoint.

The property is overall good. We booked a classic room and it was comfortable and clean. Great the brakfast. We had a dinner at restarant it was good but the portion are a bit small .
