옆에 있는 라이브 음악 카페에서 들려오는 소음만 빼면 모든면에서 최고였습니다. 라이브 음악 카페 공연은 8시부터 10시까지 행해지니 이 시간에 저녁 먹으러 나가있으시는게 좋습니다.

호텔이 오래된 것인지 방에서 퀘퀘한 냄새가 남. 방에 금고가 없어 노트북 등 귀중품을 보관하는데 어려움.

L hôtel correspondait à nos besoins pour un court séjour. Avec le plus d’un Service, restauration et d’un spa, dont nous avons profité. Cependant, nous avons constaté du bruit le matin de bonheur. Paiement de la taxe de séjour et du taxi en cash, en surprenant pour un hôtel de cette gamme. Et gros louper au départ pour le transfert à l’aéroport, oubli de l’hôtel qui nous avait pourtant confirmé la réservation. Dans l’ensemble séjour agréable et bien placé du centre de Marrakech

Es war ein toller Urlaub, die Lage ist zentral, das Personal war super freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend, es ist auch familienfreundlich. Empfehlenswert ist das Hotel auf jeden Fall und wir würden gerne nochmal Kommen

I found the receptionist rather rude. He greeted me saying they didn’t have my reservation. I showed him my confirmation email and Expedia app display, but he kept saying it wasn’t in the system. When I did get a room I was asked to move to another room after I unpacked. Around 1 hour of going into the room. I asked if I could get breakfast slightly before 07:00 as I was being picked up at 07:00 for a tour, but was told no. I asked if the reception could help me get a taxi to the medina. I was told oh just go outside and you will see one. It just felt like I was being an inconvenience. Not the best experience for me.

Hotel is on a very busy road and noisy traffic all night so we couldn’t sleep. Bathroom is dark and can’t see much. Don’t go to the restaurant unless you want to wait 2 hours 😁

I can’t fault this place! The price I paid for a 5 night stay was amazing and the fact it included breakfast was even better! Location wise okay maybe it’s a little far out from the medina if you want to walk it but it takes like 5 minutes in a taxi (traffic depending) I walked it when I went and it was about 40-50 mins depending on walking speed but I enjoy walking so it wasn’t any bother to me. The room was good and the bathroom was great too! The bed was a little firm for my liking but I still slept well. Overall I had a great stay and if I were to come back to Marrakesh I would 100% stay here again.

El Spa estaba cerrado, no nos hicieron la habitación en los 3 días de estancia. El personal es agradable y buena ubicación para visitar la ciudad y estar en una zona tranquila.

The hotel was well located and away from the busy roads - 10 minute walk from the train station. The room I had booked with a balcony was not available the first night and the one I received was small, definitely not 30 sq meters as described. The second room was much better with a view of the city and larger. Bed was confortable and shower had very hot water and lots of pressure. Breakfast was good and plentiful in the mornings. However, there was no wifi in the room as in the description. Wifi was only available in the lounge off the lobby. Also, there was loud music from the restaurant that could be heard every evening from my room till 23:00. Finally, I was overcharged for the taxes, which were supposed to be 13.3 dirhams a night as incicated in my reservation. However, they chanrge me 20 dirham a night.

The hotel was quite good, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very delicious with lots of options. The staff was also was very friendly and nice. The only drawback was that room had very dim lights which made the room quite dark at night

Super friendly hotel. 300 yards/metres from the train station. Buses from the train station will take you to the mosque and the market. Taxis always available at the hotel. Staff are fantastic and speak several languages. At least 3 restaurants within 50 yards. Memorable visit to Marakesh.
