The two male evening check in staffs were very nice and kind. But the two female staffs were very rude and mean. Very disrespectful and unprofessional. We drove all the way from LA 14hrs and reached the hotel little early hoping we could check in but they made us waiting in the car

If you disconnect the hotel from the casino, you get an above average, modern and clean hotel with a good gym, easy check-in, good shower and comfortable bed. Unfortunately, the casino part is pretty underwhelming... It's small and the food / beverage quality / options are pretty poor. For instance, they do not have any type of espresso machine, so you can't get coffee drinks. I also felt that the price point was high for the value.

This hotel was extremely clean, spacious rooms, lots of parking, friendly and accommodating staff in all areas. Definitely will stay here again and recommend to all.

Easy access and friendly. Very nice and the grandsons and dad enjoyed the pool.

We travel to the coast a couple times a year and always stay at Blue Lake Casino. It’s clean. Staff is friendly and on-site food is always good. My son enjoys the pool and I like the proximity to the ocean. It is perfect for traveling between the redwoods south of Eureka and Trinidad/ Patrick’s point to the north.
