Quarto limpo, mas a troca das toalhas e reposição de sabonetes deveria ser mais criteriosa. Hotel bem localizado, equipe atenciosa. Dispõem de bicicletas para os hóspedes.

O hotel é bem simples, principalmente o quarto e banheiro. A localização é excelente, na rua do shopping. O café da manhã é muito bom também.

I stayed at Bit Design Hotel in Montevideo, Uruguay, and overall had a very positive experience. One aspect that truly stands out is the cleanliness. I’ve stayed in five-star hotels before, and the level of cleanliness here is equal to — or even better than — many of them. Everything is extremely well-maintained, from the rooms to the common areas. It’s genuinely impressive. The staff was also excellent — always courteous, attentive, and helpful throughout the stay. The hotel has a great location, and the cost-benefit is very good, making it a strong option for anyone visiting Montevideo. There is one point I would like to highlight. During our two-day stay, we had some difficulty with the breakfast. At first, we thought it might be due to differences in taste or local cuisine. However, after staying in a few other hotels during the same trip, we realized that this was not the case. At Bit Design Hotel, the breakfast had limited options, and the items available were not very well prepared. For example, the eggs were under-seasoned, and overall the food quality was not as good as expected. It felt like this could be improved, perhaps with better preparation or attention in the kitchen. That said, this was the only downside. Overall, the experience was very good, and I would still recommend the hotel.

Ar condicionado do quarto ótimo, com opção de funcionar no modo silencioso. Equipe blasé, na chegada o funcionário que me recebeu não fez a menor questão de falar um pouco mais devagar, dificultando muito a comunicação no check in. O café da manhã é cobrado à parte e é bem cado, visto que há ótimos cafés nos arredores. A garagem do hotel é bem apertada, só comporta carros compactos, mas tem 3 vagas na calçada em frente que são reservadas ao hotel.

Mal cheiro no banheiro, como se estivesse entupido

I never had a chance to make it to the balcony. Breakfast was always good. The front desk attendants were exceptional and approachable. Walter, Ezekiel and Paul were real cool dudes 12/10 (emphasized) would be how I would grade them...I would recommend this property to my friends.

Excelente, pelos serviços prestados mas o que foi muito favorável o atendimento da recepção, nos indicando como nos deslocar na cidade e até nos ajudando quando tivemos um problema com esquecimento de nossa bagagem em um taxi da cidade.
