Très bel hôtel, luxe, emplacement, service, personnels attentionnés, calme et tranquillité, tout est fait pour que notre séjour soit fantastique. Bra läge och lyxigt hotell. Inte det modernaste men helt ok. Spadelen var helt ok, men kunde varit mysigare med lite smådetaljer som växer.

Top class hotel

Fantastiskt hotell, väldigt prisvärt.

I hate to leave this review as I gave the hotel staff every opportunity to make things right … but when I told them that a hotel staff member had entered my room at 4AM startling me and ruining any further sleep, that a water aerobics class was going on for an hour in the quiet spa area AND that driving directions on Expedia had been grossly incorrect, they did nothing. Very disappointing. Systems are broken which should ensure a peaceful stay at a luxury resort. Very overpriced for the experience.

The rooms are lovely & the setting is ideal, but that’s about it. The 1 restaurant (not 3) serves the same thing all day (same as a the room service menu) & is horrendously slow & over priced. The breakfast is slow & a very poor choice of options. The spa is fine if you like sauna/steam room but the pool/jacuzzi area is currently closed (they tried to deny it existed until I showed them the brochure from the room). For a mostly empty hotel the staff aren’t exactly jumping to help. Don’t bother trying to go into the indoor part of the restaurant - it’s empty & no staff go in there. It could be brilliant, but instead it’s a 3 star hotel in a 5* shell.

Ha sido una experiencia fantástica, desde la llegada nos han recibido con una gran sonrisa. El hotel es precioso, todo en muy buen estado y las instalaciones son limpias. Las camas son cómodas como un pedacito de nube! Hemos dormido como unos bebés... una calma perfecta. La comida es deliciosa y el servicio no puede ser mejor Volveremos sin duda!

Vi var fem som reiste sammen, min samboer og tre venner. Vi hadde også med oss hund. Hotellet var veldig fint, rommene romslige og veldig fine. Personalet var veldig behjelpelig og tilstede. Jeg har funnet mitt nye favoritthotell på solkysten. Vi kommer garantert til å velge dette hotellet neste gang også.

Mooie kamer voorzien van luxe producten. Minpuntje is het ontbijt. 10 euro supplement voor een eitje? Geen boter zonder zout voor een healthouse?

el hotel esta muy bueno porque es muy tranquilo y la no presencia de ninos ayuda bastante. El servicio es bueno. El unico defecto que al ser un hotel tipo spa, no venden alcohol, el desayuno lo define el hotel y no se puede comer lo que uno quiere.

Be aware that this is not a normal hotel. If you check in here the purpose of the stay is to be on a diet. Of course you can leave the hotel for breakfast, lunch and dinner somewhere else. But if you eat at the hotel you will be served this diet food without and salt or spices. Bort lunch and dinner are charged 80 euro/person and it is not enough to make you full or satisfied unless you want to serious drop weight. They do not serve any alcohol and the minibar is only filled with water. However, great facility and service minded staff.

Beautiful location. A bit quiet; had to ask to open the facilities. I had a hot stone massage; adequate, a bit short...not the full time and the tech dropped the stones at one point...not so relaxing. She also forgot to question me about my special needs PRIOR to the massage... Room was very lovely, but no a/c for a day...hot in September. The restaurant crew was superb!!!! Although they are tasked with a spartan menu, they do it beautifully and with grace. Its not as exciting a menu as spas in the US, but the waitstaff makes up for the food. All in all, a beautiful facility that needs to tighten up some loose ends.
