Air conditioning only turn on for 3 hours Trying to order food and they told me there’s no food cause the person who supposed to be in the kitchen not there today, I had a bad experience there I will not return there again

At 11 PM you won’t find any service. Even if there a fire, you won’t be able to get out because the lock the front iron and glass door and went to bed or wherever they went. You ring the bell, call the office phone a thousand times, no one answered. My ac remote has no battery, you cannot find anyone to change the battery so you can turn on the AC. The room is very ho, remote battery is dead no one to help you. Yet, I paid $150 USD per night. This is ridicules.

The hotel very good, but the problem it's about the air conditioning

Room only superficially clean. Staff pleasant and helpful. Air conditioning only available from 10pm to 2am - and it was hot. Restaurant closed before 7pm. Loud music next door until midnight. My wife and I found the experience terrible.

Everything was pretty good, staff , Breakfast but what was worse I had to wait until 9h30 , 10 pm to get access to AC and the weather was 85 , 86 degrees.

The room was super clean and the place itself is nice. The one complaint is no air until late and then it was on for only a few hours. Also, if you don't speak Kreyol you're definitely in trouble lol but the hotel is very nice and comfortable.

Staff was nice and responded well to issues that were addressed..However, once you get to your room, there was no air conditioning and television didn’t work most of the time.

Rien à apprécier. Pas d'électricité, images projetées par Expedia totalement fausse par rapport à la réalité, des canapés salles, la chambre n'était pas du tout confortable. J'ai dû passer la nuit dans un autre hôtel: Confort hôtel. C'est très mauvais de mentir au client. On doit me rembourser mes 241 $, pour la nuit du 17 au 18 avril 2026 au Cap Haitien. No air conditioning, they advertised air conditioning but it was a fan only

It is a great pleasure to stay one week at the Hotel. The air conditioning was not working properly, the TV connection at bedroom work for one channel. Althought all, the hospitality was warmest 👍

The air-conditioning was only overnight.

There was no air conditioning for the day, at night they only turned it on for few hours. Some of the staff were nice, but the manager weren’t very nice, there was no amenities, no fridge, cheap toilet papers, for breakfast there was no options it’s whatever they cook, if you don’t want it, you stay hungry. Bad experience

AC is turned on each evening for several hours, making sleep more than comfortable! The staff here are simply incredible. I was meant to stay all of 2 nights when I arrived. Travel challenges changed, and 10 days later I am still here and comfortable - treated like family and cared for by everyone working here. It's clean, comfortable, and located in a really good area for walking around and exploring. Highly recommend this hotel! They are hospitality, defined.

Air conditioning was not available during day and only available in the middle of the night.

It is very comfortable and accommodating. Staff treated me like family! In a good walking distance to lots of things.
