Two things need to be mentioned. First, there is cigarette smell in the room. As far as I know, all rooms offered by this hotel are non-smoking rooms Second, the female staff at the front desk is not polite. Overall, it is good and recommended if you dun mind the room is quite small,

Hotelnya keren ada rooftopnya, bersih, pelayanannya bagus, dekat mtr station, dekat kemana-mana, dekat restoran indonesia dan kamar juga. Dengan harga yang terjangkau puaslah pokoknya.

The room is incredibly small but this is understandable if you know HK's crazy property prices. For check-in, the receptionist was in 137 wanchai road. We did not notice this and went to 143 wan chai road, took the stairs up with s**tloads of luggage only to find the receptions was downstairs and in different building, and the receptionist during check-in was incredibly rude (much ruder than average Hongkongers). There is no elevator to the room so combined with small space it's a hustle if you bring heavy luggages (we booked this under emergency so did not prepare upfront). Positive is the location, which is very good if you travel downtown especially in HK island. This place rather really suits backpackers.

love this hotel, anyway I can walk near supermarket and KFC, McDonald's, MTR wan chai and everything shop. I'm OK thanks so much although room are small but so much clean and service mind good. 👌

Great location. Easily accessible. Lots of food and shopping nearby. No lifts though, so have to climb up the floors by stairs. Good if you want too work off all those food eaten, lol, but point to consider if you have difficulties going up staircases.

Overall a pleasant stay. Room is smaller than what you might be used to - listed as 2 adults and 1 child but it's more suitable for just 1 adult actually. No space to move around. It's just a bed, a small table in the corner and a toilet. But very pleasantly surprised that services like fridge and turn down service was available. WiFi was great and so was the shower. Biggest downer was no lift so I had to walk up the stairs to the 4th floor which is no easy feat with luggage. Even the alternative of going up to the 7th floor of the adjacent building, crossing a rooftop bridge and then down to the 4th floor was no easy feat. Highly recommended for solo travelers or those with who are not fussy about space.
