I think the hotel is past it’s prime

An excellent hotel with courteous staff

Nice ambience, spacious and clean rooms. Good restaurant and friendly staff that is knowledgable. It is about half hr from major attractions, though

Amazing staff

Very clean and safe

The property is easy to get to and from the airport. The customer service related to problem solving or flexibility with a concern, the availability of the accommodations requested, communication between staff and teams, the HVAC of the room, the cleanliness of public toilets on the ground floor were all unacceptable.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, and all round great service. Will definitely stay again if I visit Guwahati in the future

Breakfast arrangement was not god to say the least. The staff is not able to handle motor than 15- so tables at one go. It’s chaos at the breakfast area in the morning. No cutlery, napkins, water…. I can go on and on .. Ankur Mehrotra should look into it seriously before it goes from bad to worse.

Very comfortable room. Amazing views from the rooftop bar and pool. Wide variety of cuisines for breakfast. Every need was taken care of.

Food is little on expensive side otherwise everything is perfect

Impresssive reception area, clean, well appointed bedrooms. Amazing breakfast buffet with so many foods to choose from.

Good n comfortable hotel but very bad housekeeping. It seems they are only out to save money even at the extent of providing filthy and dirty Lenin & crockery. Cups were cracked and had lipstick marks, so unwashed. Bath towels had big stains on it Windows are not soundproof and you will be hearing loud train horns throughout the night

The staff were not good and the amenities are not great for the price
