10년만에 왔습니다만, 매우 좋았습니다. 방은 하베스트동의 스탠다드 트윈이었습니다. 방에서는 야마나카코, 베란다에서는 후지산이 일망. 경치는 최고입니다. 저녁 식사는 코스만이었기 때문에 외부의 레스토랑에 갔습니다. 아침밥의 뷔페는 이것도 최고였습니다. 물품이 풍부하고 두근두근합니다. 경치가 이것도 최고입니다. (이 날은 흐려서 후지산은 보이지 않았습니다) 온천도 두 곳 모두 매우 좋았습니다. 전세 목욕이 있으면 기쁩니다. 일년에 한 번은 오고 싶은 그런 호텔입니다. 고마워요.

Best view, nice hospitality and affordable price.

I don't like just one thing. There have lady housekeeper in male onsen. It's not good.

The view was good! But the hotel is located in the mountain which is Super convenient if you don’t have a car, taxi service is Super expensive and the worst part are their dinner which taste worst then my home country Japanese food ... and is 3x more expensive then outside Japanese food

In my opinion, the service was quite bad. A lot of workers here cannot speak English and they didn't help a lot too. But the room was big enough for two. The hairdryer in toilet was broken. This hotel cannot do food delivery to my room. When I was really hungry around 16.30 pm, their restaurant cannot do ala carte foods. They have schedule around 17.30 pm and the food is buffet. I prefer not to go in this hotel again, quite a bad experience for me. Everything seems bad , just the room is quite big enough for two, and the rest is quite bad for me.
