Me and my wife stayed at Mi Amor for our 9th anniversary, and we loved it! A special thank you to the staff at this amazing hotel, Luis, Alex, Aurelio, and Brisa are fantastic! The food at this hotel is top notch. We got the all inclusive package. Don't wait, go with Mi Amor and you won't be disappointed.

Really special place. My one piece of feedback is to inject more choices in the all inclusive menu. We were there for 10 days and they should invest more in long stay guests. We ended eating off property a lot due to repetition and boredom

Beautiful room, very private as it is a small resort. About 20 rooms at the hotel. We went during off season so it practically felt like we had the hotel to ourselves. The staff were incredible; in all departments . They made you feel at home and were extremely personal. The service made our experience. Great location as there is a strip of other hotels near by to explore. The national park has rules so expect to show proof of stay for all entrances after closure. Beautiful spot; only downfall was no onsite access to the beach; although you have access at walking distance.

Better than hoped.Food was delicately prepared , clean, delicious beautiful presentation. A truly genius chef! Staff were friendly, kind, and gracious. The grounds were clean, breezes seemingly directed where needed. The staff know their stuff.

My stay was wonderful! The staff were WONDERFUL and extremely professional. Perfect location inside the Tulum National Park. I traveled there solo for some RnR and felt very safe in the park. I went on regular walks by myself throughout the day. The hotel itself is VERY quiet and beautiful scenery. I ate all my meals at the hotel. Food is AMAZING! I’m a food snob so that means a lot coming from me. Beaches were in walking distance. Snorkeling was just a 15 min walk away. The room itself was clean and the property well kept. If you want to see the Mayan Ruins, it’s a 40 min walk (can also bike or use the shuttle) and keep in mind the Ruins close at 3:30. My only recommendation is to somehow soundproof the spa area. The ladies in the spa were wonderful. However I could hear when another guest came in to inquire about the spa, I heard when a car drove by, but I also heard birds chirping which I did like. Other than that, it was a great experience.

My only problem was that we did not get the room we paid $800+ extra (about double the standard rate) to get for our honeymoon. Staff tried to make it right but I’m disappointed and feel misled. However everything else was a 5 star experience. The resort is gorgeous, loved the location l, and the staff was friendly - especially the restaurant staff. Speaking of the restaurant l, the food was insanely delicious. I would highly recommend Mi Amor. Just be aware you might not get the room you paid for by looking at photos.

Hotel pequeño, estilo Acapulco, tranquilo, bonito y con muy buen servicio. Estupendo y a solo un paso de la mejor playa de Tulum.

When aaked questions on shopping, transportation or directions got diffrent answers.

Mi Amor Tulum is a beautiful, peaceful place to stay. The design and atmosphere are stunning, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. They truly made me feel welcome. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay again!

This hotel was very clean and the staff was amazing. The food was delicious, the chef knows what they are doing back there. The food was actually the best at the hotel compared to other boutique restaurants we visited. If you plan on going to the more lively side of Tulum, it’s about a 10 min taxi ride and that adds up daily. It’s best you get a scooter or ATV but that’s no fun at night with mosquitoes hitting you in the face lol. So a small rental would be ideal but there is limited to no parking. So just keep that in mind. You could walk but I wouldn’t chance it in the evening as the roads are narrow and a 25 - 30 min walk both ways can get tiring. There isn’t a hotel shuttle but they say they can arrange transportation. Best bet is arranging your own taxis/shuttles to keep cost low.

The food was excellent I recommend the Acapulco colada the service could not be better wish I stayed longer

We loved our stay at Mi Amor - it’s in the national park, and we thoroughly enjoyed exploring and then relaxing at the hotel. The food is amazing and the atmosphere is just very relaxing. The beds are so comfy, you’ll have a great sleep :)

Beautiful Property beautiful location, wonderful staff. We stayed in one of their most expensive and beautiful rooms, but without being said our spa never worked correctly throughout the entire week we were there. They apologized and had technicians repeatedly but instead of just replacing equipment they just fiddled with it. The spa was a highlight and a reason that we picked that particular unit.
