무엇보다 위치가 좋다. 호텔이 아르마스 광장에 있어 대성당 등 쿠스코 시내의 유적지와 가깝다. 오래된 건물의 내부를 리모델링한 현대식 내부이다. 시설이 아주 좋다. 2층의 까페에서는 아침을 먹고 다른 시간에는 커피나 차, 술을 마시거나 식사를 할 수 있는데 특히 전망이 매우 좋다. 침대는 편안하고 방에 이동식 히터도 비치되어 있다. 방과 화장실은 깨끗하다. 직원들도 친절하다. 프런트의 직원은 영어도 잘 한다.

It was very good to stay here! It was just next to plaza de armas, and has beautiful view from the terrace of restaurent. it is a bit noisy at night, but it's worthy to stay here!

기대했던대로 오래되긴했지만 깨끗한 방이었습니다. 침구도 청결하고, 욕실도 깨끗했습니다. 사이즈도 넓었구요.

위치가 정말 좋고 안전한 지역입니다 좋은 호텔은 아니지만 깨뜻합니다 무료 공항셔틀이 있다고 해서 신청했더니 진짜셔틀은아니고 누가 나와서 택시를 잡아서 돈을내주고 태워줍니다 좀 황당하긴 했지만 워낙 공항이가까웠고 그래도 호텔에서 사람이나와주니 고맙데요

Can't have a better location than this! The hotel is located right on the main square in front of the cathedral. The restaurant has a balcony that overlooks the square/plaza and provides beautiful views. The breakfast buffet was great, and if you need a break from it all, you can make your way back for a sweet treat or full meal later in the day. All the great points of interest were within walking distance, and the staff was very helpful- definitely would stay here again.

It was a clean hotel and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. My only criticism is that the room was small and it was noisy being right next to the plaza.

The location was super convenient…right on the Plaza! The hotel staff was exceptionally helpful. They arranged airport transportation, held our luggage and even helped us navigate out of the area during a very busy festival. We were very pleased with everything about this hotel.

The hotel is very nice and good breakfast. Bathrooms are very small. Good location but since it’s right off the main plaza, it does gets noisy early morning

Es un hotel frente a la plaza de armas para el Que es sensible al ruido no se lo recomiendo . Pero en general es limpio y su té de coca disponible para 24 horas

Espectacular, pienso que es el mejor hotel en Cusco tanto en ubicación, servicio al cliente y facilidades! Lo recomiendo!!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were extremely nice and helped me arrange airport pick up and they were able to speak both English and Spanish. I really enjoyed the room service as well as the view from the café overlooking the plaza. In my opinion, the best view in the city from a hotel! The only thing I didn’t love was the shower temperature changed often and I was constantly needing to adjust it. But given the history of the city and the older infrastructure at times and it’s completely understandable. I would highly recommend this hotel to others with the location being unbeatable!

Beautiful place…..as long as you don’t mind being in the middle of the party that can go all night.

The room was clean but the toilet flush/water was weak. The shower drain was slow. It’s on an excellent location, walkable to all of Cusco’s great restaurants, shops, ruins and cathedrals.

Staff was wonderful throughout the hotel. We very much appreciated that we got a room towards the back of the building as the hotel is located in a lively area where celebrations go on until the middle of the night. The location is great, right in the center of everything. The bathroom could have been a bit bigger. There was not much room to put our toiletries out. Breakfast was great. In addition to the buffet, we were able to order additional dishes like pancakes, eggs, etc. People like to sit at the narrow balcony for breakfast, lunch, or dinner to watch what's going on at the Plaza de Armas while eating.

A localização do hotel é excelente, em frente à Plaza de Armas, o que torna a estadia muito prática. Também merecem destaque as cortesias diárias de água e chocolate, além do chá e das balas de coca disponíveis na recepção. No entanto, alguns pontos precisam de atenção. O café da manhã é limitado e, durante os dias da minha hospedagem, não houve reposição dos itens. No apartamento 206, o aquecedor não estava funcionando, mas foi trocado após solicitação. Ademais, algumas lâmpadas do quarto estão queimadas, o que deixa o ambiente escuro, especialmente por haver apenas uma janela voltada para os fundos do hotel. A fechadura do banheiro também apresenta problema e não tranca; quando a porta do quarto é aberta, a porta do banheiro acaba abrindo junto. Outro ponto importante é que, ao abrir a janela, entra cheiro de gás no quarto. No geral, a experiência foi razoável pela localização e pelo atendimento às solicitações, mas há questões de manutenção e estrutura que precisam ser corrigidas para proporcionar mais conforto aos hóspedes.

El hotel tiene la mejor hubicación, la habitación es cómoda y todo muy limpio. Tiene una hermosa vista de la Plaza desde el café. Si no puedes dormir con algo de ruido debes considerar la hubicación porque se escuchan los carros que pasan por la plaza. No fue algo que me incomodara.

Location is excellent. Lots of activity in the Plaza de Armas. Rooms clean, restaurant good but weak WiFI.

Hotel is right at the corner of Plaza de Armas in the center of Cusco - great location and property is well-kept. Staff was very helpful and professional and the breakfast buffet was wonderful with pastries, eggs, sausage, fresh fruit and juices. It was particularly nice of them to store our luggage after we checked out while we visited the Amazon for three days.

Perfect location if you want direct pick up for tours and also walking distance to food and shopping.
