매일 제공되는 청소 서비스도 훌륭하고 위치가 너무 좋습니다. 출장으로 방문하긴 했지만 관광하기에도 너무나 훌륭한 위치입니다. 적극 추천합니다.

아파트먼트 형식의 숙소들이 체크인카운터가 없는 경우가 많은데, 이 숙소의 경우 10~20시 까지 체크인카운터가 운영된다는 점이 좋습니다. 12시 체크아웃 후에도 카운터에 짐을 맡겨둘 수 있었습니다. 솔 지하철역 바로 옆 (걸어서 2분)이라서 각종 이동에 매우 편리합니다.

데스크에 영어하는 직원이 거의 붙어있지 않았다

4인실이라 그런지 침대4개를 놓으니 많이 좁네요. 작은 히터 하나로 난방을 하니 많이 추웠습니다~ 조식은 그나마 만족!!

솔 광장에서 골목으로 조금만 들어가면 위치한 곳이라, 솔 역 까지 도보로 이동하기 괜찮았고, 리셉션은 별도로 있으니, 주소지의 벨을 누르고 기다리면 됩니다. 아침 조식이 포함되어 있으며, 아파트 건물 바로 옆의 레스토랑 2층에 부페식(바게트,햄,시리얼)과 토스트 종류를 주문해서 먹었는데, 스페인식으로 괜찮았습니다. 친구 3명이서 이용했는데, 아파트는 넓지는 않았지만, 고급스런 인테리어의 주방에, 더블침대1, 싱글침대2 그리고 거실에 쇼파 등이 있었습니다. 싱글침대 1개는 거실에 있습니다. 욕실에 샴푸와 비누 구비되어 있어 호텔식으로 관리를 하고 있구나 생각 했습니다. 아파트 대문과, 아파트 현관문을 2중으로 잠그는 것이어서, 보안도 좋았고, 엘리베이터가 있어서 캐리어도 문제 없습니다. 주변 골목이 레스토랑이나 바가 많아 좋으며, 소음은 전혀 들리지 않아서 괜찮았습니다. 마드리드를 다시 방문한다면, 재 방문 의사 있습니다. 적당한 가격에 아파트를 원한다면, 추천합니다.

전반적으로 다 좋았지만 가격이 비쌋습니다

위치는 솔광장과 5분이내거리로 좋습니다.한블럭 안에 있지만 골목이 젊은이들 술마시는 집들이 모여있어서 조금 시끄럽지만 아파트가 한 블럭 안쪽에 있어 괜찮습니다.무엇보다 아파트인데 리셉션이 운영되고 매일 객실청소해주며 조식이 제공되어서 좋았습니다. 다만 문열쇠를 열기가 숙달되기전에는 무척 힘들었네요.가격적으로 싸진 않아도 호텔써비스로 아파트시설 이용이 가능한 장점이 있는 숙소입니다

아파트먼트라고 해서 주방이 꽤 넓을거라고 상상했었는데, 방이 들어서면 주방이 안 보여서 당황했습니다. 벽장처럼 문을 열면 그 뒤에 조리대가 있는 아주 좁은 공간이 숨어 있습니다. 주변이 약간 시끄러웠지만 다른 부분은 크게 불편하지 않습니다.

실내화도 없고 샤워기 사용도 뭐 그리 불편한지... 밑에 공짜로 제공해준다는 아침식사는 맛도 별로고 먹고나서 소화만 안좋아 졌습니다. 와이파이도 별로고요. 최악은 아니었지만 만족 스럽지도 않은 중하위권 입니다.

This place is in the heart of Puerta del Sol. You will be steps away from the “go to” spots. Expect crowds, though, everywhere you go. The good thing is that - despite the craziness of the area - the room is 90% sound proof, which allows you to sleep without the noise outside. It has the basics (mini fridge, small stovetop and mini sink), safe and small closet. Great A/C, hot water and the plus is that the price included breakfast (I know that’s factored in into the price, but is something less to think about). If you’re short on time and want to take advantage of being close to everything, then this is definitely the place. An important disclaimer is that there is one set of stairs to get to the elevator and then from the elevator to the room. Consider this carrying luggage, strollers of wheelchairs.

The apartment is well located, very close to main attractions and Sol Metro station. It is in an alley way full of restaurants and bars so it is noisy all day til 3am. The noise starts back at 6am when the restaurants start changing the barrels and putting the tables back outside. The apartment itself is clean, lovely and helpful staff. There is a lift but you have to go on a flight of stairs before you get in it. It was adequate for our one night stay. The aircon is good and bathroom has powerful shower and toiletries included.

Property is in a great location, staff are friendly, room is very clean other than grout areas in shower, and the AC cranks once they get it working. However more like a 2 star than 3 star. At check in they did the same euro to dollar conversion a previous review stated, even though I specifically said to charge in euros. So add 5% to the room rate for comparison. Had to get the front desk to get the AC working, but they did and it worked well. Elevator is on half-floors: So you walk up a flight of stairs to the elevator, go to your floor, then walk up another flight of stairs to where your room is. Odd but not that big a deal for most. Towels are made out of recycled material, guessing plastic bottles because they do not absorb water. Very annoying. Hot water is hit and miss. Front desk suggests just wait 15 minutes or not shower during peak times. 15 minutes is a long wait if you are standing wet in the shower waiting to rinse the soap off. Breakfast was fine though pretty basic. Our room faced the street, so it was a little noisy until about midnight. Not terrible but audible. If the price was right, I would probably stay there again, which is why I did not give it a 1 rating. Other than the hydrophobic towels and hot water issue, nothing was terrible and the location/staff were great.

Friendly front desk, great location, clean and comfortable room. Comfy bed. Lively atmosphere in the cafes outside til late, be forewarned if this bothers you.

Great location in the center of Madrid

Great breakfast buffet offered in the restaurant downstairs. Besutiful selection and great coffee ! Room was very clean. AC was a minisplit and served the room well

Our shower was broken our entire stay (4 nights). We spoke with the front desk and Expedia for assistance. We were told they could not fix it and our only option was to check out early. I asked if they would be providing us with alternative accomodation or a refund. Just a response of we understand your frustration. No support. No help. Asked to talk to a manager to resolve. Offered a small credit, which would not even cover the cost of one nights stay we paid. My mother is almost 70 and has vertigo. Trying to shower with the broken shower set it off. Had a very negative impact on our trip. Still no resolution or contact. The hotel and expedia effectively breached contract and did not provide accomodation with a working shower, which we paid for. Made worse our room was left insecure when a cleaning person left a master key in our door. We came back from a morning iur to find a key that would open our door, in our door. We had both of our keys so knew it was not ours. Went to the front desk to turn in they key who confirmed it was a master key for a cleaner. Their response to this mishap was, "well, was your room cleaned?" No apologies, no nothing just a shrug that a person could have gone into our room and stolen all of our things. Luckily nothing was taken. The location was great, but I cannot recommrnd this place. Not being able to comfortably bathe or know if your items are secure due to no fault of your own was horrible.

We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, and the check-in staff was very helpful.

This was basically a hostel at premium price due to the great location. Staff was great though, and breakfast at the restaurant was delicious. But the room was poor, outdated, and with bad lighting.
