We didn’t get any VIP upgrades. Early check in was only available if you pay extra. Same with late check out. Room was big enough. Limited pool chairs. No smoking outside. Pool is very small. Check in and service was terrible

Good hotel for the price. Well located.

Housekeeping was exceptional as were the front desk employees.

The staff was very accommodating

Amazing staff. Genuinely friendly and warm. I felt I arrived home. Very nice staff, I was delighted by their kind attention and they are all so well mannered. I will return.

Me sorprendió el hotel por lo sencillos del check-in y out, por su ubicación central y comercial. El cuarto amplio con una excelente vista, limpio y bien cuidado. El desayuno era bueno incluyendo platos panameños. Vamos a regresar en una semana, ya está separado.

Gute Lage, freundliche Mitarbeiter. Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Matratzen durchgelegen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut!

This is the quietest Best Western I have ever stayed in--I wish every hotel stay was this quiet. Breakfast was good. I appreciated that they had cooked broccoli (crucerfers are not popular menu items in Panama). My husband liked that they had a European style breakfast. I enjoyed using the gym. It had everything I needed to get a good workout. Two things that detracted from my stay--there was no pool access in the a.m. as the entry to the pool is through restaurant which is closed in the morning. Secondly the hotel smells like mold; so, if you are sensitive to mold, this may not be the place for you.

Hôtel très sympathique là aussi idéalement situé. Piscine sur les toits donnant une vue imprenable sur Panama City. Petit déjeuner très agréable avec des fruits frais notamment. L'ambiance de l'hôtel est chaleureuse et le personnel est très sympathique.

Hotel okay für eine Nacht aber ja nicht länger. Kein Trinkwasser vorhanden und für gesamten Aufenthalt wird lediglich 1 Liter gratis zur Verfügung gestellt. Anschliessend kostet der Liter 3 USD pro Tag. Ausgerichtet auf Gruppen die eine Nacht bleiben. Die glanzvollen Zeiten sind längst vorüber, Zustand des Zimmers, der Badetücher etc sehr stark abgewohnt.

Clean facilities in nice walkable area. Staff super friendly.
