번잡함 없이 체크인하세요. 위치는 번잡한 거리에서 꽤 떨어져 있고, 택시 요금을 지불하는 것보다는 자체 교통수단을 이용하는 것이 더 나을 것입니다. 샴푸와 목욕 세제를 직접 가져오세요. 화장실 1개에 각각 작은 병 1개만 제공되기 때문입니다. 다른 것들은 좋고 손상되지 않았습니다.

The place is way too much different from the advertising images. The staff was nice but not so helpful. The rules and restrictions are too busy, not supposing to be called as a private pool villa because we couldn’t feel such a freedom and privacy. There were always a blaming for noise and music which is unfair. So comparing to the price we paid, overall is bad.

It is too hard to contact the staff. When us arrived to the villa there is no reception or staff to welcome or give any information. A security guard in front of the villa told us that the reception center is not yet finished, it is in process of construction. We have to ask people who walked in the area about the information of villa and place to deposit our luggage, while we were waiting for checking in time. There is very less and limited convenience stores around the villa, if you don’t have a car, it will very hard for you to buy food. In the villa that I stayed the electric stove cannot be opened and the alphabet of rarely every electric appliances is not shown, and it is very fade which is very hard to see. My friends and I cannot use many appliances due to that reason. We have to buy a new sieve because the provided sieve form the villa is very black and dirty. The rooms are not fair, only one room that has a bathtub and some rooms is small and has very less facilities in room. And, some rooms do not have personal toilet. And, there is only one television in the center of the house that can be opened. The hair dryer is not work as I told that it is very hard to contact any staff so we cannot do anything and there is no one come to help us.

ผมเข้าพักที่พลูวิลล่า ราคาเกือบ 30,000 บาทแต่แย่มาก ต้องการพาครอบครัวไปพักผ่อนเสียเงินไม่เเย่เท่าเสียความรู้สึก แจ้งไว้ว่า 7 ห้อง พักได้ 16 คน ผ้าขนหนูมีไม่ถึง 10 ผืน ติดต่อเพื่อเข้าที่พักก็ยากมาก ตอนแรกนึกว่าโดนโกงซะแล้ว แจ้งเช็คอินบ่าย 2 แต่กว่าจะติดต่อได้ก็เย็น ขนาดจองล่วงหน้านะ พอเวลาเก็บเงินไวมาก มีอีกเยอะมากที่แย่ ฝากให้คนอื่นพิจราณากันเองครับ ลองพักดูอาจจะเป็นครอบครัวผมครอบครัวเดียวที่โดนก็ได้

ที่พักดีคะ สะอาดบรรยากาศดี ห้องพักดี แต่ซอยลึกไปหน่อยคะ

สระว่ายน้ำเล็กมากค่ะ ส่วนที่พักดีนะคะ แต่ตอนจองระบุชัดเจนว่ามา 7 คน แล้วตอนจองบ้านพักก็ระบุว่าสามารถรับรองได้ถึง 8 คน แต่ของใช้ เช่น ผ้าห่ม หมอน มีไม่เพียงพอต่อจำนวนคนเข้าพักที่ระบุไว้ค่ะ

Be careful of the taxi service. So expensive and impolite. You should book grab car, its a half cheaper.

House needs some maintenances.

เช็กอินบ่ายสอง เข้าบ้านพักบ่ายสี่โมงยังทำความสะอาดบ้านไม่เสร็จ ในห้องน้ำมีแมลงสาบตายก็ไม่ทำความสะอาด กางเกงชั้นในก็มีในห้องนอน คืองงว่าทำความสะอาดมั้ยคะ สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกที่บอกมีในเพจก็มีไม่ครบ ขอเตาย่างบาร์บีคิว โทรตามไปค่ะ สี่รอบ พนักงานวางสายใส่อีกต่างหาก ก็ไม่ได้โวยวายอะไร แต่พนักงานปากเสียมาก บริการแย่มากค่ะ

บ้านเสีย เพราะสระซ่อมอยู่ เช็กอินตรงเวลานะครับ เจ้าของเลยบอกจะหาที่ใหม่ให้ หาไปเท่าไหร่ก็เต็มหมด พอได้ที่ กำลังจะขนของเข้า ก็มีลูกค้ามาอยู่แล้ว ผมเช็กอิน 14.00 น. เพิ่งได้บ้าน 16.40 น. แย่มาก ถ้าบ้านไม่พร้อมควรแจ้งครับ ไม่ใช่มาทำแบบนี้ คืนเงินยังดีกว่ามาพยายามแบบนี้เลย ได้ไปบ้านใหม่ชื่ออมรวิลเลจ โคตรแย่ ตู้เย็นเสีย คาราโอเกะใช้ยาก ไม่ดีสักอย่าง ห่วยแตกทุกอย่าง

พื้นเหนียว พนักงานบริการไม่ดี ไม่มีจิตบริการ ติดต่อยาก เช็กเอาต์ 11 โมง ถ้าออกช้ามีปรับด้วย ที่ตั้งไกลหาด เดินไม่ได้ ต้องขับรถไปอย่างเดียว

ในห้องน้ำ สายฉีดชำระมีน้ำรั่ว บ้านพักสะอาดดีมากค่ะ

พื้นค่อนข้างเหนียวเพราะแม่บ้านไม่ได้ถูพื้น แอร์ห้องนั่งเล่นมีน้ำหยดเนื่องจากแอร์เก่า สภาพบ้านกว้างขวาง อยู่สบาย สระว่ายน้ำค่อนข้างไม่สะอาดนิดๆ เล่นขึ้นมาแล้วคัน สำหรับคนผิวแพ้ง่าย
