엘리베이터 없어 5층까지 트렁크 들고 올라감. 창문이 중정 방향으로 날씨 확인조차 불가능했음. 위치는 최상. 구글맵상 위치가 아니라 San Carmen 5번가였음. 객실 내 시설은 괜찮았음.

와우 ㅋ 엘레베이터 없이 5층까지 가야해요 ㅋ 죽어남ㅋ 게다가;; 너무 더러웠어요. 저라면 다신 이용 안할 것 같아요.

숙소 위치로 표기되어 있던 곳은 리셉션 장소로 숙소와는 약 도보5~10분 정도 떨어져 있었으며, 체크인 후 숙소로 이동해야만 하는 번거로움이 있었음(숙소는 솔광장에서 멀지 않았으나 인구이동이 많은 지역으로 짐을 끌고 이동하기에는 복잡함). 사전에 지도에 표기된 곳은 리셉션 장소이며 숙소 위치를 별도로 표기했다면 예약시 고려할 수 있었을 것임. 또한 숙소 내 엘리베이터가 없어서 예약된 방으로 이동하기 위해 5층을 무거운 케리어를 들고 가야만 했고, 물건을 사러 한번 외출하기에도 부담스러움. 5층에 위치해 있다보니 난방시설로 온풍기가 하나 있었어도 거의 난방이 되지 않는 정도로 온도가 낮았음.

Positives - Great location in Madrid. Clean. Negatives - up 5 flights of very hot stairs. Really noisy squeaky air conditioning that makes it hard to sleep. No window to outside. Very poor and dishonest customer service from the property. We cancelled a night (in advance, using free cancellation) the property said that Hotels.com had not contacted them about it (they had) and refused the refund.

Non ci avevano detto che all'arrivo bisognava pagare €200 di acconto (pagabili solo con carta, tra l'altro). Struttura al centro di madrid, a massimo 20 minuti a piedi puoi vedere i posti più importanti. Metropolitana vicina e zona vivace. Aspetto che ritornino l'acconto versato, speriamo bene.

Une honte qu'hotels.com propose ce bien ! Les photos ne correspondent pas vraiment et la taille du bien est bien en dessous de ce que l'on vous présente sur le site. Pas d'ascenseur, énormément de bruit, couverts pour 4 alors que on vous le présente pour 6, sale, bruyant pardon très bruyant... Et je n'ai pas assez de place pour faire une liste complète. C'est juste du vol!!!

La gente de recepción súper atentos y amables, el apartamento en excelente estado equipado con todo para una estancia como en casa , todo limpio súper acondicionado con una climatización excelente y la 300 mts de puerta delSol y 200 mts de plaza mayor. Lo recomiendo sin lugar a dudas.

La ubicación un 10 y piso muy práctico pero era un cuarto piso sin ascensor y las paredes eran de papel de fumar, se oían a todos los vecinos.

Ett mycket centralt hotell. Wifi-dosa ingick, vilket gjorde att man hade tillgång till internet dygnet om, även när man var ute på sightseeing.

It was perfect but the problem it wasnt having a electrical lift and my room was in the 5th floor.

Noisy but we expected that. On the 4th floor 83 steps. We were capable of this climb but some would not be. Over 250m from reception to the apartment and the employee didn't offer to help carry some of the baggage to the room. No car access pedestrian only. Would I stay again the answer is no.
