La habitación muy bien solo la señal del internet no es buena los niños no pudieron ver la televisión es increíble que no tengan repetidores de señal en los pisos

First of all, Acapulco is still recovering from the Hurricane Otis in 2023. Almost everywhere is the non-stop noises of demolition and construction. The Acamar Hotel is also at this time. It's a nice enough Hotel, but noisy by design. and when it's full IT IS NOISY! there's no escaping the noise, which is true for most all of Mexico. The beach is nice and calm, the pool is nice and clean. The Staff are very helpful. The restaurant is very large and the food was good. There is nothing much open after 8pm except Dominoes and some street vendors, nothing else, period. The "party buses" roar through that intersection with their music blasting and horns are honking from early until late. It was fun for a few days but bring your ear-plugs!

El personal desde el inicio fue amable y claro. En el servicio de estacionamiento ellos te llevan y te traen ya que no está contiguo al hotel ,sin embargo este servicio es las 24 hrs. La habitación cumplió nuestras expectativas ya que tenía una bella vista al mar. El desayuno buffet estuvo rico y nos hicieron descuento La alberca también está agradable. Si volvería a hospedarme en este hotel

Habitación limpia, servicio al cuarto bueno y seguro, aire acondicionado funcionando bien, falta mas iluminación en la habitación o bien que esté más distribuida la luz de la habitación
