프리웨이에서 진출입하기 좋고 새로 리모델링한듯 깨끗했습니다. 세면대, 변기등이 너무 높게 설치가 되어 다소 불편했구요. 주변 거주 환경은 좋네요.

전체적으로 좋았지만 방문이 바닥과 조금(대략 1센티?) 떠 있어서 소음이 엄청 심했어요. 하지만 다운타운이 차로 20분 정도? 로 비교적 가깝고 방 상태, 조식도 가격 대비 괜찮았아요.

유니버셜 스튜디오까지 20분도 채 안 걸리고 LA 주요 여행지까지 접근성이 좋습니다.. 숙소 침대도 편하고 주변 환경도 안전한 것 같고... 여러모로 만족스런 숙박이었습니다.

It was a great stay. The breakfast was a bit overcooked and burnt, but other than that we had a great stay.

This hotel gets the job done for a quick stay.

Very sub par location at best. Very basic and they offer water from a spigot for hot or cold at all times, however they will charge children $2 for bottled water when they come into the lobby. Very frustrating! Also charges $12 per day for parking in a tiny lot with compact spots. Parking in Glendale isn’t that difficult or expensive at ANY HOTEL

Easy check in and quiet place to stay

The check in clerk was hostile through the process once complete she became nice. she was on her phone the entire time.Post check in she became nice and was attentive and helpful. Free breakfast buffet was great day clerk for check out was great. Male Manager came through ignored me and told clerk to get to meeting. Upper management needs hospitality training -rude. Too bad, but overall good.fyi.

Booked hotel because it was 4 star rating. Sorry, I would only give a 2. Discovered the property old and not upgraded much. Right next to freeway, so very noisy. Old furnishings smelled of smoke from years ago. TV remote very hard to use, never could unmute the sound and too late to call the desk. Only plus was the breakfast which had many options.

My company had to move me to another hotel because the bedding/room had mold or something that gave me flu like symptoms and hives

Great and easy to use

We stayed for three nights during Anime Expo. We got a warm, friendly greeting upon arrival (at about 10 PM) and were checked in very quickly. Our third-floor room with two beds faced the freeway, but it was surprisingly quiet. The room was very neat and clean, with laminate floors rather than carpet and two closets. We never got a chance to get breakfast, as we had to leave each day before their breakfast service started. But it sure smelled good when we were checking out (also a fast, easy process). There are a number of fast food places right down Colorado Blvd. and a Ralphs grocery store too. That was convenient. And this hotel is right off the Glendale Freeway, an easy drive to the LA Convention Center. If I had any complaint, it was that the tub/shower room was really cramped, and for some reason when we turned the fan on during our second night, we could smell cigarette smoke either from outside or another room. But overall, my son and I were very pleased and plan to make this our home base when we need to be at the Convention Center or in the Glendale area.

It started with an argument over changing my room and how because I booked with Hotels.com I would have to cancel instead of just moving to a different room with two beds. This after I’d called in advance and was told it was “no problem.” Then, the bathroom towel rack was broken, the room phone never worked, the condition holder was broken.

Clean rooms. Enjoyed the complementary breakfast. Location is great close to everything. Only issue was parking. Not enough spaces for larger vehicles.

The hotel is rundown and needs a renovation. The rooms are tiny. Additionally, of the 3 double beds we had booked, one had no knob in the restroom; and in the 2nd room the restroom washbasin was clogged. When we went to the night clerk she was very rude and informed us nothing could be done and to talk to manager the following day. We had checked in late around 10.30 pm. The other day the manager informs me that the maintenance would not be available until the following day. Hence we cancelled our booking for the next 2 days out of 3 days. Strongly recommend avoiding this property.

The rooms are not so bad, but the parking lot spaces are really narrow. The area is really noisy, closer to roads and there is no acoustic isolation for the rooms. In addition the air conditioning is noisy and close of the bed, also creating more noise. But the really good point is the staff. Outstanding!!!!

It was close to work. Other than that I didn't really like
