Everyone was friendly and helpful. The pool area, while small, is beautiful - great place for an evening cocktail. The inside bar has a very knowledgeable staff. We will stay there again on our next visit.

Hotel propre, chambre agréable, tres bien situé, parking privé avec voiturier, personnel adorable mais des équipements qui ne sont pas à la hauteur d’un 5 etoiles. Les diffuseurs de savon sont tellement vieux que les inscriptions sont effacées du coup difficile de voir ce que l’on utilise. Les transats de piscine sont tellement vieux qu’ils craquent de partout. La salle de sport est ridiculement petites et ne mérite certainement le nom de salle de sport. Selon mon expérience c’est un bon 4 étoiles.

Great location, just a short walk from shops, bars, restaurants and landmarks. perfect for relaxing and staying within the hotel as well, lovely spa and heated pool along with bar and restaurant. I will stay here every time i visit La Rochelle.

Excellent location in the town. Great staff. Couldn't fault our stay.

Room was very comfortable and large. Difficult to find but the staff were amazing. It is in the centre of town so park your car and walk everywhere. Lots of bars and restaurants everywhere and dont forget the markets which was open on Friday. Highly recommend this hotel. Only one thing the bar is open from 3pm but there are plenty of bars nearby.

Everything from lovely. A boutique type of hotel. A small pool which was lovely considering it was 33 degrees. Not really enough sunbeds but done their best considering the size of place. Lovely calming place to be and staff were great. Room was lovely with bathrobes/slippers. Super large bed and very comfortable. Couldnt have asked to change anything and would definitely come back

La chambre était jolie et agréable. Seul point negatif mais ce n'est pas du fait de l'hôtel. Pour accéder à l'hôtel c'est devenu compliqué à cause des sens interdit et des accès à obtenir.

They did not offer new towels each or refill the water each day. The phone did not work and the room cleaning was lackluster. The welcoming drink was a great touch and the parking was very conviennent for that area. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The room could use a refresh and better cleaning. The food is great and the location was remarkable

Matelas inconfortable, on ressent les ressorts, fermeté très dure. Literie de piètre qualité pour un hôtel de luxe. Drap et édredon bas gamme. Le personnel de l’entretien ménager est venu dans la chambre quand il était indiqué: ne pas entrer. Deux fois dans la même journée. A fouillé dans mes sacs de soins personnels. N’a pas changé les serviettes et vider les poubelles … quand est entré dans la chambre sans consentement. Qu’est-ce qu’il est venu faire? Avis émis au majordome de l’hôtel. Air climatisé non fonctionnel car ce n’est pas la saison même s’il fait 25-28 degré.

Hôtel très charmant à l'intérieur ! Piscine sauna hammam et idéalement situé pour se ballader au port et la rue piétonne ! Proche des halles. Le personnel est adorable ! La façade par contre laisse à désirer c'est dommage vu le standing de l'hôtel !
