방크기나 청결도 소음도 없고 매트리스 퍈안함등 너무 코지하게 부족한거 없이 잘지냈다. 아침식사도 소박하지만 있을건 다있어서 매끼 이용했다

We were traveling west area during 7days, All of days, we stayed in Home2, it's really comfortable and satisfied.

아침이 끝내주게 잘 나옵니다. 수영장도 깨끗했고, 빨래서비스 이용도 편했어요. 직원분들도 많이 친절하셨다는 사실.

Our stay, although brief, was enjoyable; we appreciated the shuttle service which got us to Sea Tac in a timely manner. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Carpet in the room felt dank. Called for a blanket and they couldn’t bring it to the room because there was no extra staff working at 7 pm…

Octavia was an absolute gem. She helped our family which included two special needs children with kindness and care.

Spacious, clean, quiet room. Beds were a bummer. Staff was amazing, so friendly and helpful, day and night shift. Thank you! :) We stayed for a concert at Lumen, it is a 40-50min commute to there regardless of time of day, either regular day traffic or concert night traffic so that's the only thing. But it was nice to be out of the city for the stay. Breakfast was good. Would stay again.

Does not have a hot tub

Just an overnighter for a morning flight. Location further from SEATAC than I thought, so take that into account, but turned out to be a non-issue.

Hotel was clean. Staff were so nice and friendly. I feel at home, very comfortable. Family oriented environment.

We had fun in the place. Accessible amenities. Generous complimentary drinks, either cold or hot.

First impression was that the hotel is looking worn. Our room was very spacious. The overall cleanliness for the daily house keeping was pretty good, but all of the fabric furnishings including the sofa, lamp shades, bed spreads are stained with dirty and finger prints and need it a good clean or replacing. The mattresses and pillows are also very worn and in need of replacing. The main lobby and breakfast area is much like the rooms. All of the fabric seating is worn and stained. Breakfast was pretty descent with enough options for everyone. The window for breakfast is small, so I recommend going early as it closes at 9am during the week and was packed with people and no where to sit. The first day we arrived the pool was not usable as there was a layer of hair and clumps of hair floating on the top of the water. 2nd day we were there they must have cleaned it and my kids were able to go for a swim. On a plus note, the staff were all very friendly and helpful. We used the shuttle to and from the airport both days to catch the light train to downtown Seattle. The front desk provided maps of the train and down town. No need to drive to sight see.

The hotel itself was very good. Rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was excellent from the check in desk to the airport shuttle driver. Octavia checked us in and was very friendly and efficient. One nitpick would be to rearrange the free breakfast set up: the two waffle irons were at the beginning of the line, which totally held up the line as people made their waffles and struggled to get them out of the irons. Also, a sign inviting people to move out of the seating area when finished eating would help. Most of the seats were occupied by people who had obviously finished eating, but were sitting around chatting. Had to take our breakfast outside to eat due to no seating being available. It was a beautiful morning, so no big deal and there was some space outside to sit down.

Stay was overall good. Rooms were comfortable & roomy & offered a lot fo storage for our luggage. Place was also overall clean & parking was great. Complimentary breakfast with an all-day coffee bar was great. It can get busy though & may not always have a place to sit. It was also great to have a little mini kitchen & dishwasher. Had to minus one star because when I needed something - like pillows or extra blankets, I had to wait for it to come to my room. I ended up having to go downstairs twice in the late evening to get it because my kids were already sleepy.

Excellent and friendly staffs

5 minutes from the light rail was a plus. Lyft to light rail, transfer to the monorail in center city and ar the Space Needle in no time.
