Dislikes - housekeeping twice came into our room before our checkout time while we were resting. Elevator wasn’t working at checkout so required several trips down the stairs. No gluten free options at breakfast which seemed unusual. Likes - nice comfortable room and beds. Good breakfast

Even though we were only at Holiday Inn Express Price for one night, I would highly recommend the service, spacious clean room and breakfast with plenty of options. The staff from check in to breakfast were helpful and always with a smile. Thank you to all

Jessica at the front desk was amazing. She was courteous, respectful and prompt, taking care of any concerns we had. She is an asset to every business as a valued employee.

The biggest issue was the fruit was really bad at the breakfast

This property was what we call on the pricey side. The big problem was a cold shower. If you wanted a warm shower you needed to get up early or stay awake late. You would think that the price of the hotel would afford a nice hot shower.

Nice staff but noisy at night.

We stayed in a King room on the 4th floor. Room was clean and quiet with a comfortable bed and pillows, spacious and updated room and bathroom with a combination bathtub/shower.

A concern is for the number of things that did not work or were 'out of order.' You start to wonder...why? Computer Printer did not work and I was told so by the front desk; Large refrigerator by the check in lobby was out of order; A washer and dryer were out of order. The milk that I got for breakfast was expiring and very bad/coagulated. Now, anybody can have one or two...but I perceive that management is not managing. Too many things with out of order. Just a signal.
