가격대비 괜찮음

중간에 숙소 예약 변경을 했는데 그 구분 반영된걸 호텔측에서 확인 못해서 문제가 좀 있었어요. 다른 부분은 전반적으로 나쁘지 않았어요.

위치도 시내 중심에서 걸어서 5분. 리셉션에서 많은 도움을 주셔서 덕분에 즐거운 여행하고 갑니다. 아침은 그다지 맛있지는 않았지만 깨끗하고 깔끔해서 그 가격이라고 믿어지지 않았습니다. 이라클리온에 간다면 크로노스 호텔 강추!!

We stayed 2 nights. The facility is not new and the room and bathroom on the small side, but it was clean and well kept. Location was fantastic, we had an ocean view room and it was a short walk to the old harbour and the vibrant restaurant and shopping streets. Breakfast included hot and cold items and the area was kept clean. Overall good value for the price.

Breakfast had sweet and savoury options. Hotel staff was absolutely incredible!! we were asked as we were leaving the hotel after settling in the first day if everything was already. Served its purpose with a comfortable bed, functioning air conditioning and a lovely little balcony. It was very well located, being a 5 minute walk from the port and a 10 minute walk from the market area. Absolute lovely experience

Bien situé dans le vieux mais difficile d'y circuler et de trouver un stationnement.

Location close to center of city and waterfront was great. Room was spacious and bathroom as well. The breakfast buffet was good yet modest. It was noisy at night as the major street runs right in front of the hotel.

The staff, especially Sylvia, was friendly and helpful. She gave good recommendations for restaurants. She also helped to arrange for a good tour and the taxi for leaving by the port. The hotel is in easy walking distance of the pedestrian ways in the city enter, albeit uphill. Of course, that means it is downhill back to the hotel.😄

Everything was great at Kronos, wish we could stay longer. Highly recommend this hotel for friendly and helpful staff, great location, easy parking and great breakfast. We specifically selected this hotel as we were taking a ferry and could drop rental car at Port. Also, very few hotels start breakfast at 6:30 am which we needed to catch ferry. Breakfast included scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, cheeses, meats, etc. Was raining upon check in and we were wet, Nikos was so kind offering an umbrella and providing a parking spot in front of hotel. Such a relief! Highly recommend staying here!

Hôtel très bien situé, idéal pour explorer la ville et profiter des environs. Le personnel est extrêmement sympathique et accueillant, toujours prêt à aider. Il y a de nombreuses options de restauration à proximité, ce qui rend les repas faciles et variés. Le stationnement peut parfois être un peu compliqué, mais il y a toujours moyen de s’arranger.
