전체 평가 및 리뷰 Grand Hôtel et Centre Thermal

조식이 맛있습니다. 스위스에서 조식 먹은 곳 중 상위권에 드는곳. 자리는 야외 테라스 추천합니다. 꽃이 피어있고 정원과 수영장이 바로 보이는게 참 좋았습니다. 방은 깔끔하고 편안합니다. 싱글침대 두개가 붙어있는데 싱글이라고 해도 그럭저럭 크기는 되는편이라 편안히 잘수있었음. 다만 에어컨이 없어 살짝 더운것과 바로 옆이 도로라 소음이 좀 있었지만 아주 늦은밤 되니 그럭저럭 시원해지고 조용해짐. 제공된 샤워가운이 머문 호텔중 제일 질이 좋았습니다. 전기포트가 없어 바에 가서 뜨거운물을 받아야 하는데.. 직원분 친절하고 멋지셨습니다. 프론트나 다른 직원분들도 친절하셨습니다. 호텔안의 온천은 체크인시 준 팔찌로 입장가능하며 본관건물에 가장가까운 작은 수영장, 실내수영장, 야외온천(약간 따뜻한물), 야외온천2(차가운물). 이렇게 네군데 본것같고 온천이 유명해서 이 호텔로 오게 된 건데 평은..음. 그럭저럭... 8시쯤 닫는다는 방송을 들었는데 7시반쯤 실내의 경우 일찍 닫으니 나와주셔야 할것같다해서 나왔음. 그리고 주차공간이 많습니다. 자동차를 렌트했다면 주차비나 주차공간에 대해서는 걱정없음. 다만 야외주차입니다. 호텔내부가 상당히 넓고 정원이 잘 가꿔진지라 숙박하신분들 아침에 한번 산책하는걸 추천드립니다. 나무들이 정말 오래된 나무가 많고 중간중간 물 흐르는거나 꽃들이나 산책길들 걷는게 참 기분좋았음.

Sadly the room was not as described. We had booked a double room for our honeymoon stay, with much anticipation for the hotel, we even included a message to make sure our room was suitable for such an occasion. We weren't expecting anything extra but we weren't provided with a double room like we booked. We were instead given a twin room with beds pushed together, and there were quite a few bugs in the room including some cockroaches. It was just a bit disappointing, especially for the price paid, and the fact that the spa is under renovation so we were mostly paying for the quality of the room which was below average. No compensation was provided for this despite asking if we could have the room we booked instead, none were available only twin rooms. I would like to say that the reception and bar staff were lovely and very helpful, and the cleaning staff attentive.

Struttura con un potenziale enorme, andrebbe pero’ totalmente ristrutturata. La camera presenta un cattivo odore dovuto alla moquette, non c’è l’aria condizionata ma un ventilatore esterno poco funzionante. Servizio e colazione molto buoni.

Da anni vengo in questo albergo, l'entrata al centro termale e la colazione erano sempre inclusi. Tempo fa la colazione é scesa drasticamente di livello, poi é diventata un'opzione a pagamento ed ora anche il centro termale non é più compreso nella camera. Il problema é che durante la riservazione, non si vede che il centro termale non é compreso e questo era l'unico motivo per andare in questo albergo. Tolto questo, rimane un vecchio albergo rimodernato, con lavori in corso, senza aria condizionata e caro come il fuoco.

This property is under renovation and very early in the morning they were running heavy equipment directly outside our second floor window and renovating the room directly above us using hammers and heavy equipment. I sent an email to the management to suggest that they not rent this room until the renovations were complete in the room above but never got a reply.

Hôtel en travaux donc extrêmement bruyant à mon arrivée le vendredi après midi. Chambre un peu vieillotte qui mériterait d être rénovée. Très bon service sinon

J'ai séjourné 7 nuits. Le quatrième étage était en travaux et j'étais au troisième ... Avant neuf heures, les travaux de rénovation commençaient. Le réveil était brutal. Pour accéder à la piscine, je devais payer vingt francs suisses par jour. Pour conclure, j'étais soi-disant un client VIP ... Je n'ai pas eu cette impression.

Ich bin mittlerweile das dritte mal in diesem Hotel. Es ist alles sehr sauber und modern. Die Betten sind bequem. Die Vorzüge eines kleinen Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine sind sehr angenehm.

Points positifs : la taille de la chambre, la taille du lit (160), la piscine extérieure chauffée, mais avec supplément, le peignoir, les serviettes de piscine et les claquettes fournis, le décor de la salle à manger et du bar façon 2nd empire, la gentillesse du personnel. Points négatifs : l'odeur forte de tabac dans la chambre, le prix excessif des repas, l'insonorisation insuffisante des chambres, la literie trop dure, les interrupteurs qui fonctionnent mal, les toilettes non séparées de la salle de bains.

Very nice hotel. Room was spacious and very clean. Restaurant for evening meals was faultless. Breakfast included both hot and cold. Something for everyone. There is some wear and tear here and there noticeably in the corridors between the rooms but this is a minor issue. I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit to the area.

The pools are wonderful and the service was great! The staff was very responsive when we needed something

It promises more than it delivers. Poor bed linen and pillows and curtains which don’t cover the windows make for a poor night sleep

The property was significantly disturbed by renovations. The hotel not neither gave an upgrade or any additional benefits. Will likely not book this hotel through Expedia in the future as it misrepresents VIP status.

Hotel is quite old. Theh keep it clean, but bathroom equipment is time to update
