Parfait. Très bien situé.

Nous avons été déçu par la chambre par rapport au site qui a motivé notre choix contre les grande chaîne à prix égal La chambre était froide et sentait l humidité. Il y avait un chauffage mais pas allumé depuis longtemps.Attention à l energie ok mais quand une chambre est louée sous les toits en décembre il faut anticipé un minimum pour le confort du client. Nous avons eu froid dans la nuit malgré une couette et une couverture. La salle de bain n était pas chauffée non plus. petit déjeuner il n y avait pas de thé en sachet, en feuille mais pas de théière. On a réclamé des sachets mais le personnel ne les a pas trouvé. pas de coquetier pour les œufs. Ayant travaillé dans le tourisme et pour Marriott j ai tendance à favoriser les petits hôtels indépendants.

Sympa, propre. Un peu de renovation au niveau des papiers muraux serait appréciée car motifs des papiers anciens. Dommage sinon calme, propre et grand lit que j'apprécie.

Établissement bien santé en plein centre d’Angers. Réception agréable, propre. Chambre spacieuse mais au prix de la chambre supérieure nous nous attendions à plus. Mécanisme de la baignoire cassé, impossible de prendre un bain. Pas de gel douche … dommage !

The hotel was wonderful, spacious, luxurious and very clean! It was in a great location near everything too!!

trois étoiles ...à fuir . Chambre minuscule, salle de bain ave c moisissures sur les murs et plafond !!! pas de bouilloire ni eau dans la chambre ....couloirs sombres et pas de détecteurs de présence ....interrupteurs vétustes ....bref tres mauvaise expérience

Clean and comfortable boutique hotel located in a very convenient location with nearby dining and historical sites. Couldn’t have expected anything better!

très bon accueil à l'hôtel du Mail à Angers. Bel hôtel très bien situé au cœur du centre historique. Visite du Château et de la très belle tapisserie de l'Apocalypse. Ville très agréable et très vivante.

This place is TIRED- obviously Angers is a tourist town and probably not a lot of repeat visitors- The decor is cheap and the halls have a red and black theme and look old, poorly done in the first place and just tacky. The towels are gray and thin and in short supply- The bathroom had hot water but not a proper shower (sit in the tub with hand held)- On the good side, it's well located to tour Angers for a couple of days with parking on site. The breakfasts, while boring (with stale hard boiled eggs the only option other than yogurt and bread ) the coffee was very good and the woman working in the breakfast room was friendly (front staff was at times unfriendly) -in all it was a very 'just ok' place that felt kind yucky- would not stay again.

The personnel seemed very pleasant, but the property itself, while certainly clean, seemed "down at the heels". We usually stay at 4-star hotels and this one is only a 3-star. It was, however, very reasonably priced and so you have to take some downsides with the upsides.
