We didn't like: Very noisy place, thin fiberglass walls bungalow, no privacy at all when seated outside, forget when it rains! We liked: Friendly staff, clean room, location.

The room just look like in the picture but the water system for the shower not that good but the hotel is in the good location on the island. I’m coming back for this hotel.

Proses check-in cepat tapi kamar tua. Awal masuk juga kamar mandi flush tidak berfungsi, air juga kotor sekali. bahkan akhirnya ganti kamar dan juga air tetap kotor. Breakfast menu itu-itu saja. Lokasi dekat tempat makan dan agak tenang tapi lumayan 15 menit jalan kaki ke pelabuhan.

A zen vibe perfect for relaxing after phi phi parties

No paper in the room to tell the guest that must check out at 11 AM. Check out at 11 AM. But can Check in at 2 PM. Any hotel standard is Check in after 12:01 PM. Or after 12:30 PM. Check out at 12:00 PM.

Everything was good except no English channels!

휴식처 가족, 커플에게 적합 걸어다니기 좋고 머물기에도 편안합니다. 리셉션 직원들은 친절하고 말이 잘 통했습니다. 전반적으로 그곳은 좋았습니다. 우리는 2017년 11월 12일부터 15일까지 머물렀습니다.

We booked the cottages and they were great. Good location for family since it was away from the noice but still just at the walking street and about 4 minutes to the beach. The staff were very friendly and service minded. Pool was nice and clean, and there were free towels to borrow. 2 bottles of drinking water, coffee and tea per day, a safety box in the room and access to inconsistent WiFi (there's plenty of WiFi everywhere). For minuses, the shower got a bit filled with water. If you look for partying there are better alternatives. It's not dead center to everything (hence quieter!). All in all a great place for a family stay or if you're looking for a quieter location that is still close to everything.

WiFi was inconsistent; it was slow and sometimes did not connect at all in our room. We asked about the WiFi signal and was told it was a “free” service and that there was good connection in the lobby and pool. We asked to be moved closer to the pool or lobby. They stated they could not refund us the money for the difference (we upgraded to a cottage). They then said all the bungalows around the pool and lobby were occupied. Very suspicious as we were there during low season and hotel was empty. We were here 10 years ago and had such a wonderful time, but was disappointed this time around. Will not be back.

Good spot to stay - room was clean, front desk was helpful, pool is clean and nice size. Stayed during low season so no reservation is really needed especially if you like to barter. paid 1k baht/night which is too much in my opinion in low season. Would stay here again for the right price.

Untuk lokasi ok.. deket pantai. tapi agak jauh dari pelabuhan ferry. ada kolam renangnya. breakfast biasa aja.. kondisi hotel sudah tua. dari keran dan yang lainnya berkarat semua.. butuh pembaharuan dan perawatan...

Hotelnya bagus lokasi ok banget di kiri kanan banyak yang jualan dan dibawah hotel ada restoran dan ada bugerking didepan hotel buka 24jam...deket sekali dengan pantai patong.. keluar hotel sudah kelihatan pantainya. untuk kamar luas dan bersih dan ada balkonnya. yang kurang itu tidak ada liftnya dan mau ke bangla road agak jauh butuh 15menit jalan kaki...
