좋은 숙박이었습니다. 편안하고 깔끔했습니다. 객실 문이 수리되었거나 교체된 것 같습니다. 가끔 제대로 잠기지 않는 경우가 있습니다.

위치가 정말 좋았어요! 프런트 데스크 직원들이 방을 바꿔줄 때 정말 인내심 있게 도와주셨고, 세면도구가 더 필요할 때 하우스키핑 직원이 신속하게 대응해 주었습니다. 정말 좋은 서비스에 감사했습니다 👍

우리는 그곳에서 짧은 휴가를 보냈습니다.

호텔 레스토랑에서 아침 식사를 하던 중 호텔 직원 한 명이 뷔페 카운터 아래에서 바퀴벌레를 손으로 집어 올리는 것을 보았습니다. 말문이 막혔습니다.

호텔 앞이나 뒤에는 걸어서 갈 수 있는 식당이 많습니다.

우리는 소파와 테이블이 있는 매우 넓은 패밀리룸에 머물렀습니다. 또한 깨끗합니다. 직원들은 매우 친절합니다. 위치도 매우 전략적입니다. 근처에 많은 음식점이 있으며, 호텔 뒤편 도로 바로 앞에 Foh San dim sum과 Chong Yang kopitiam이 있습니다. 편의점과 세탁소도 근처에 있습니다. 우리는 여기에서 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 다시 올 것입니다.

Dressing table got ants in room 602.

Hotel room decent but one of my room got ants issue. Overall still OK. Reception service are good.

Hotel lobby got few car park in-front of lobby and not convenient when we want to go into the van that we charted, when I ask the hotel security and he told me that the owner of the car pay money to park in-front of the hotel lobby … I really disappointed with this kind of selfishness and hotel management also no action taken.

Check in and out was effortless. Rooms are decent size, clean and comfy enough for 2 nights. Parking in the hotel was not a problem. Location is great and walking distance to many yummy local food. Basic toiletries were provided, toilet was clean, AC and water heater worked well. Pressure water pressure was also really strong. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall fine-ac, hot water work well. Noise travels when events are on going. Breakfast is good except no rotation (ie almost same kind of food every day) Perfect location if want to be in city centre.

This is an old but very well maintained hotel in the city of Ipoh. It is very convenient to access the Ipoh old town shops and restaurants.

Room spacious ans clean. Welcomw and friendly staff.

My request for soft pillows and higher floor rooms were met. The staff were courteous and helpful.

Terribly dirty hotel. I check in late around 9pm-10pm, so after check in, I decided to go outside to have some supper. I go back to hotel room at around 12am, then only I found out the bed is dirt. It is actually cover with comforter = looks totally ok and clean, but once I wanted to lie down, I remove the blanket and found out is as the picture, I call up the reception, he told me room service is closed, so he can provide me room change, will ask the security to send the key to my room, he just send me the key, and I have to change my room, move my belongings and luggage by my own self. After room changing, the room is super hot and the air conditioner is not working properly, when I check out, the reception asked me to send her the photos only, and just say sorry. That's all what they can do. No more staying excelsior although the hotel in a good spot.

The hotel room floor is dirty and is like not being clean well.

We had given the suite room (room 1101), the bath towel was quite dirty and the water kettle also not working and need replacement. We did not realized that the opposite hotel had cafe which have life performance at night, even though our room window closed but still It was very noise so that my hubby and me could not have good rest. Overall is not pleasant to stay there and not worth of money.

Hotel room was good. Aircon, toilet good. We stayed 3 nights Thur, Fri, Sat out Sunday. On Friday night about 10.00 while watching TV in the room a private live band was performing in a small restaurant directly across from the hotel last night lobby. Very loud that I couldn't hear my TV even after raising volume. The band was supposed to last till 1pm according to hotel night reception. Fortunately it finished by about 12.15 on Friday and 12am on Saturday. I enquired from hotel night reception on Friday. They said nobody complained so far. I was very surprised because I couldn't watch TV or sleep till after 12am. The sound of the band was so loud, I think above allowed Department of Safety Standards> 90dB. Hotel should report. Otherwise hotel should provide sound proof windows. So those of us looking for a quiet restful weekend just be warned. If you are OK w this. No problem. Other observation the chair near the coffee tea area was faulty in my room. Service wise staff were excellent.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The only downside was in one of the rooms, the water outlet on the floor was a bit clogged, resulting in slow water drainage.
