Lovely hotel with amazing views. It’s dog friendly and the staff were so kind, courteous and professional. We look forward to returning in the summer.

Excellent hotel and perfect for dog owners

Nice location, lovely views but do not stay at this hotel if you don’t like dogs - they were everywhere, even in the dining area where they were being fed at the tables. Room walls were thin so a lot of noise from neighbouring rooms . Breakfast was good but hash browns seemed to be on ration.

Really lovely location, staff, breakfast, room…..can’t fault it.

We enjoyed every moment of our stay. The room was satisfactory and clean. Everyone was very helpful and went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The breakfasts were excellent and the staff very attentive. We will return next year.

The most outstanding part of our weekend was the customer service, from as soon as you arrived. The breakfast service and food choices brilliant.

Great value at the most dog friendly hotel I’ve ever stayed in!!!! Lovely hotel in great grounds with free parking, good food and a short walk to the charming Shanklin old village and beach. Very friendly reception staff and restaurant staff. Will definitely come again if we’re back on IOW.

Bed sheets dirty , stained. Room was 3 flights up and no lift! Very small room, smelt. Very basic

Lovely hotel , great staff. Nice to see so many does there. Shame you couldn’t get down to beach from hotel anymore. Great food but a shame you have to go next door for dinner.
