고객서비스는 정말 감동수준이었습니다. 잠깐 나갔다와도 방을 깨끗이 정리정돈해주셨고, 조식도 훌륭했습니다. 다음에도 꼭 다시 묵고 싶습니다.

신혼여행 마지막날 숙박했습니다 떠나기전 조식은 매우 깔끔하면서도 훌륭했고 매니저님이 매우friendly합니다. 모던한 인테리어, 깨끗함은 말할 것도 없고 바로셀로네타 바로 앞이라 산책하기도 너무 좋았습니다 조식먹고 산책했던 마지막날 아침을 잊을 수 없습니다 . 그 전의 호텔에서 경험할 수 없던 최고급 어매니티와 샤워시설에 향기나게 하는 시설은 최고였습니다

바닷가가 바로 앞에 있어서 좋았고, 실제 객실 배정은 안타깝게도 바다가 보이지 않는 측면으로 되었지만 객실내 모든 것이 쾌적했다. 단, 3명이 함께 이용하는 룸이었는데 예상보다 너무 좁았다.

The entire staff at Serras Barcelona made our stay unforgettable. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive restaurant team, everyone went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Serras was such a pleasure to visit and use as our base to navigate stunning Barcelona. The hotel is new/fresh and nicely designed and appointed (very nicely appointed!) but the standout is/was the staff…. They could not have been nicer or more helpful from attractions to restaurants to Flamenco recommendations …everything thoughtful helpful and all with a smile and graciousness. Thanks so much!
