Firstly, Traveloka only gives 2 options for rating! They are "AWESOME" and "UNSATISFYING". This hotel is neither. It is a lovely, old, but well-maintained hotel, very close to the Plaza Burgos and to Calle Crisologo. It is very good value for money but lacks amenities in the rooms. Our room was relatively large but was dimly lit, had no fridge and the wardrobe had no hanging rail! The bathroom was big and hot water was available almost instantly. Breakfast had to be selected from a menu the previous evening and was average; There were no western options. The staff were very helpful and we enjoyed our stay. We left the day before the big earthquake and pray that the hotel was not badly damaged.
