새벽 2시쯤, 꽤 늦게 체크인했는데 리셉션 직원이 제 도착을 반길 준비가 된 것 같았습니다. 모든 게 순조롭게 진행되었습니다.

Pelayanan sangat baik. kondisi tempatnya sangat nyaman.

Arrive at 6am next day. So I ask to get late check lit because I have small children travelling with us. Surprisingly, the assistant manager, Mrs. Nora are kind enough to fulfill our request without hesitation. The amenities are basic and good enough for a night sleep.

Check-in process was smooth, excellent service.

Hotel cukup jauh dari bandara, hindari jam macet untuk check-in melanjutkan penerbangan.

Ukuran kamarnya kecil, di gambar aplikasi ada kursi, aktual tidak ada, colokannya susah harus yang cabang 3, tidak ada sikat giginya, saluran TV jelek, tidak berfungsi, remote AC dan remote TV rusak.

Aircond panas. Tido bilik ada cermin memang tak selesa matahari terik masuk dalam bilik. Servis pun lambat.

Comfort, clean, strategic. Recommended hotel especially for MotoGP Sepang :) And very appreciate for the owner that very kind and helpful...thank you...

Sangat bagus dan sesuai dengan standar, pelayanannya sangat bagus, tempat cari sarapan dan makan mudah serta sangat dekat sebelahan dengan hotelnya walaupun hotelnya tidak termasuk sarapan, sangat memuaskan. Mau ke airpot pun sangat mudah dari pihak hotel casa sendiri mau membantu tamunya memanggil taxi secara online sangat bagus sekali.

1. Far from airport 2. Listed with an airport shuttle service for hotel but the front desk asked me to take the grab or my car 3. No much restaurants can be found around the hotel.

Air cond not cold enough even set to lower temp (16 Celsius). Front desk during night, lil blur when check in. But he was nice. Anyway, everything was okay :)

A little bit noisy, overall was okay. receptionist wasn’t friendly.

The room i stayed has a strong odor of moth balls and it is infested with cockroach furthermore door access to the room don't work. Reception service is bad. Will not stay here anymore

The staff very nice, friendly but the room is in very bad condition, the air conditioner not functioning well, I am sweating while sleep with the room don't have window, the toilet also dirty like no one is cleaning the toilet.

Room's windows facing the main road, windows not seal well. Cannot sleep all night because of the noise of the vehicles pass the road. Room smell cigar.

Kurang selesa, bilik terlalu kecil, kebersihan kurang dan kurang selamat.

Bedsheet is dirty. Staff friendly. In the middle of the night, heard people fighting in front of the hotel.

Bagus dan harga berpatutan, dekat dengan litar sepang.

Nice and comfortable. Will definitely visit again.
