A quick walk to the Hellgate jet boats!

Early arrival and treated very respectfully! Suggestion for lunch and invited to hang out by the pool while we wait! Staff was very courteous and friendly! And a great river view from our patio of our room!

We stayed here for 1 night as we were taking the jet boat rides the next day. The location to check in/board the boats is 10/10. The restaurant next door (walkable) has an amazing multi level deck with views for days (and happy hour). We checked in on a very hot day, and when we walked in the room the AC was set nice and cold and it was so refreshing (small very appreciated detail). Fair warning, the AC/heating units are very loud - I can sleep through anything but if you’re a light sleeper, it will bug you. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was great with lots of options (eggs, bacon, toast etc) and having the microwave in your room was perfect if you took it back like we did and needed a little re heat! Tons of free coffee all day/night was also nice to have. At night, they have popcorn in the lobby and we got some and took it to the pool! So fun. The best thing was the staff. From check in to check out to any little thing we asked or needed, they were all friendly, attentive and accommodating and it was very appreciated!

We just stayed for one night but it was a lovely stay! Met some really cool people from Canada! Staff were very accommodating and knowledgeable about events going on nearby! Wonderful hotel and we will be returning!!

I loved the patio with the view of the river. It's exactly like the picture. The area has plenty of food choices and is walkable to downtown. Great place for an overnight on the way up or down the I-5

Dirtiest room I ever stayed in. First thing you notice when you walk in is a large dark stain on the carpet. There was mold growing on the shower walls. When I notified the front desk the lady didn't seem to be surprised. She didn't make any notes. Coming into town, we passed several homeless encampments. That is not the hotel's fault, but we felt unsafe. Because of that, we did not feel comfortable walking to the restaurant across the street. Besides being dirty, Mold can be a health hazard. We will never stay here again. I requested a total refund but got no answer from the hotel.

Homelessness is taking over grants pass. Didn’t feel safe with my family

The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. The room was clean and it had a nice view of the river. The area around this hotel is going through a tough time. Homeless people are in tents down the street and walking by with sleeping bags. But, the hotel did a good job separating itself from this with a big fence surrounding its grounds. I hope the town gets the homeless issue under control. It's not fair to the businesses there!

The property is near downtown. It is on the river and there is a nice walkway along the river.

our room had a pair of jeans in the bottom of the cabinet. a note about leaving food out will bring the ants in. and the pool is outside and very tiny.

Very nice place for the money. Breakfast was a plus.

The breakfast wasn't anything to write home about. Don't eat outside the pool was infested with wasps. We tried to eat outside and were ran off by all the wasp. The breakfast is limited and the room is really small and gets very crowded.
