전체 평가 및 리뷰 Vine Serviced Apartments

위치 좋습니다. 아파트먼트라서 사용하기 편리합니다. 그러나 깨끗한 것은 10점 만점에 6점 정도입니다. 제일 아쉬운 부분입니다. 문고장, 벽에 큰 벌레가 그대로...에어컨 필터에 먼지가 엄청납니다.

전반적으로 깔끔하고 비지니스 출장시 이용하면 좋은 아파트입니다. 다만 7일 숙박하는 동안 room cleaning 전혀 없는 시설이고, 침구류에서는 냄새가 심하게 나는 것을 under cover로 사용하더군요.

Apartment was comfortable and roomy for business trip. Good location for Exhibition and Convention Centre.

Beds were firm, and I requested mattress toppers; only 2 of 3 were provided. For the price paid, I would have expected plush beds.

The property was great and the staff were wonderful. Great location, the downfall was that the bed was hard and uncomfortable. When the property was contacted, the staff were amazing and provided a mattress topper.

We had a great time :)

overall our stay was very pleasant. My only complaint was the bed was extremely uncomfortable to the point of waking up sore the next morning. Single beds in spare room unable to comfortably fit two older teenage boys. More geared towards smaller children. On the whole though, place was clean and well located.

Great location. I wasa bit concerned at first about the tent city in the park opposite, however it proved not to be a problem.

Perfect position. Walkable to restaurants and shops. Hot water only worked in one bathroom and the carpet was well past its used by date.

Good location, quiet, good bakery next door in Cordelia Street. Room needs a bit of a make over. Stains on carpet, stove top dirty, grout in shower mouldy. Bed was pretty firm, A/C in loungeroom was leaking water down the wall. Hairdryer broke after 1 min of use. Friendly staff in reception.

Very nice. Everything we needed. Great location to restaurants and park/swimming pools.

Convenient location, able to walk to the city or enjoy Southbank. A bit noisy.

I chose this property as it indicated the management was aware of accessibility issues. As an older woman with some mobility issues, accessibility is important. On the plus side, the property has a ramp as well as stairs at the front entrance. It provides a disabled spot in the car park. Access to the unit was level, it had a good bathroom, with large fluffy towels and the bed was comfortable. And there is an excellent coffee shop at ground level. However, there were a few issues that need to be pointed out. The disabled parking spot is not wide enough. The lounge furniture is quite unsuitable, with a very low lounge and quite flimsy dining chairs. It was a good thing the verandah chairs were more comfortable. And I couldn’t reach most of the plates, cups and glasses, which had been placed in high cupboards. It would have been much more helpful if they had been placed in the pantry.

Nightmare check in experience. Weekend check in from 2pm but their reception closes at 12 on weeekends. Stuck outside for 2 hours unable to get anything done via hotels.com despite the help the support worker was trying to give. It took a resident going into the building to offer to call her emergency number and for them to tell me what room and how to get the key. Very unpleasant experience but got there in the end. Couldnt complain about the place itself otherwise

Amazing apartment. Sound proof - so quiet. I had a one bedroom with closable balcony. Awesome apartment with everything you need. Friendly staff. Only downside was all the homeless people at the nearby park that I was not expecting. Lots of tents and at night I felt a little bit unsafe walking home.

Quiet location that is walkable to southbank and Brisbane. Onsite parking is a bonus!
