위치 좋습니다. 아파트먼트라서 사용하기 편리합니다. 그러나 깨끗한 것은 10점 만점에 6점 정도입니다. 제일 아쉬운 부분입니다. 문고장, 벽에 큰 벌레가 그대로...에어컨 필터에 먼지가 엄청납니다.

전반적으로 깔끔하고 비지니스 출장시 이용하면 좋은 아파트입니다. 다만 7일 숙박하는 동안 room cleaning 전혀 없는 시설이고, 침구류에서는 냄새가 심하게 나는 것을 under cover로 사용하더군요.

The room was overall great but the bathrooms were a little but of a let down given the “luxury” description the hotel uses. The shower door wouldn't close. There was quite a lot of mould in both bathrooms

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this hotel was by far the noisiest place I have ever stayed.

Location was amazing walking distance to everything and trains as well, apartment was spacious and comfortable, great bed as well!

Beds are terrible, some of the most uncomfortable I've ever slept on. A/C was either freezing or too hot. We came back after a previous stay some years before, never again.

Convenient location and nice spacious apartment. Would definitely stay there again

Location was excellent - close to all the southbank attractions and restaurants. while apartment facilities met expectations - accomodation was tired eg. dirty carpets; torn curtain and calcified shower screens ....it actally needed a detail clean.

Room was good size but bathroom has an unpleasant odour from the drains. Main tv didn’t work neither did the wifi. Location was excellent and staff helpful.

Such a nice staff and easy check in. Location is great and it’s easy to walk to different areas, like museum and the South Bank. Apartment was clean and there was even some laundry soap for the washing machine. They provide you with all the necessary things to get you started for a few days, which was appreciated. Nice balcony area. The couch was very, very small and very uncomfortable to sit on and the bed was okay. Linens and towels provided were nice. Thanks for our nice vacation!

Terribly stuffy, can’t breathe in hallways and lift, no coffee maker as advertised, minimal kitchen utensils, disappointing, wouldn’t recommend No view, staring at a wall when specifically booked balcony with view

Very clean, signs of wear and tear in bathroom, but otherwise very good.

Great location! Perfect for the BCEC. Clean, spacious and nice. Well appointed kitchen. Amenities complete and there were even thoughtful little touches like salt and pepper packets, milk and iced water in the fridge and even welcome cookies in the coffee station. Would definitely stay again

The apartment was comfortable and clean and quiet spacious. The location was great, about halfway between South Bank and the West End. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Apartment was clean, but could do with 'touching up'. The mattress could do with replacing. We also booked a room with a view, but the only view we had was the homeless tents in the park opposite the property.
