전체 평가 및 리뷰 Boutique Residence by Little King

3박했는데 첫날 도착해서 문고리가빠져서 수리요청과 문이안잠겨서 여직원이 확인후 수리해주겠다며 10분만기다리라더니 감감무소식. 전화해보니 여직원은 사라지고 남직원이 다시와서 문고리 확인후 수리가능한지 아니면 방을바꿔주겠다며 30분기다리라고 다시사라짐..1시간이다되가는데 오지도않고 연락도없어 다시전화함. 그제서야 당장바꿔줄수있는 방이없으니 내일오전에바꿔주겠다함. 여자둘인데 첫날 문고리만걸고잠ㅡㅡ 그리고 방바꿔준대서 풀었던짐 다시쌌는데 그냥자래서 다시풀고 내일다시쌀생각하니 너무화가나고 이미 지침. 이렇게 숙소에서 2ㅡ3시간을 기다리며그냥보냄ㅡㅡ 다음날 방바꿔달라요청했더니 다른남자직원이와서 문을고쳐줌. 문고리를 고쳐도 외부입구문 부터 방문까지 모두 열쇠문인데 태어나서 이렇게 열기힘든 열쇠문고리는 처음임.. 3일동안 너무 스트레스받음ㅡㅡ 이부분외에는 깨끗한편이고, 조식도 맛있음. 위치는 관광지와 매우가까움 그래서 거리상으로는 매우장점이나 밤에 취객이 많아 시끄러움^^^

관광지 가운데 있어서 편리했습니다. 복잡한거리에 있어서 위치를 정확히 확인하고 가세요. 직원이 항상 상주해 있지 않아서, 바로 옆 상점에 말하면 도움을 받을 수 있습니다. 직원은 친절했습니다.

위치가 시내중심부에 있어서 정말 편했습니다. 물론 시내쪽이라 시끄러운건 어찌보면 당연하지만 너무 방음이 안되고, 아침에는 또 벽쪽에서 계속해서 비둘기 우는소리가 들려서 잠을 설쳤습니다. 이런 소음으로 문제를 떠나면, 가격대비 큰방, 친절함, 아침식사는 정말 괜찮았어요!

시설이나 환경 괜찮아요. 위치는 더할 나위 없어요. 다만 한여름인데 에어컨이 없다는건 치명적이었네요. 밤새 더위에 잠을 설쳤습니다. 여름에 숙박할 수 있는 곳은 아니네요.

위치는 최고였습니다. 걸어서 카를교 및 주요 관광지를 다 다닐 수 있었고, 밤 늦게까지 다녀도 전혀 위험하지 않았습니다. 방도 넓진 않지만 깨끗하고 새 가구들이 좋았지만, 다만 여름에 방문하였는데 에어컨이 없었다는 점이 아쉬웠습니다. 하지만 직원이 선풍기를 바로 챙겨 주어서 그럭저럭 견딜만 했습니다. 호텔은 좋은 편이니 예약하실 때 에어컨이 있는 방으로 하시면 좋을 듯 합니다.

방이 약간 작긴 했으나 그래도 포근하고 좋았어요, 구시가광장하고 가깝고, 바츨라프 광장하고도 가까워서 돌아다니기에도 참 좋았구요, 다만 창문밖으로 약간 시끄럽긴 한데, 그거빼곤 좋네요 조식도 좋고, 주인분들도 친절하구요 ^^ 굳굳

Self check in was a pain as was the lack of a lift.

Great location

Such a pretty and well-located property. Although in the main area of town, it was very quiet in the room. The room itself was clean and modern, and there were no issues at all. Would recommend and stay again !!

Hotellet har ett väldigt centralt och bra läge. Rummet var rent och fint och sängarna var sköna. Det är dock ganska lyhört och det blir lätt livligt utanför på gatan. Det var dock inget som störde oss särskilt mycket. Den enda kritiken jag har är att det var rätt dålig kommunikation om hur man skulle checka in. Efter att jag ringt hotellet fick jag dock koden till dörren. ”Self check-in”-systemet var väldigt smidigt. Obs! Numret som Hotels.com har till hotellet stämmer inte. Det går till någon random kille.

The room was very small and smelt a bit off but it did the job. The pillows could have been better but the bed was comfortable and the room came with free drinks. The location was very central and well connected. Check in was very easy.

BED BUGS!! We had a few issues with this property before we even got into the room. The company tried to take payment 2 days before our arrival, despite us selecting Pay on Arrival. When we arrived we were told to check in to a sister hotel, Hotel U Malvase, where we were greeted with a rude receptionist who told us we were in the wrong place. Eventually she took payment and asked us to fill out the check in registration forms. We dropped our bags off and returned after the 3pm check in. We headed to the boutique residence and you need a code to get into the door. This had not been sent to us, so we rang the receptionist from Hotel U Malvase who again was incredibly rude and said she was going to send it via message. We had to wait 20 minutes and phone her back, where she reluctantly then gave us the code. The worst bit. On the 2nd night around 10pm, we spotted a bed bug on our pillow & after further investigation, a couple more. We immediately packed up and headed to the Hotel U Malvase and insisted to check out and a refund. We were greeted with a lovely receptionist this time who did not argue that they were bed bugs & offered us to stay in that hotel instead (4 star) in an executive double room with breakfast included for the remaining 2 nights. This of course was an upgrade and we were happy with how that was dealt with. Do not stay at the Prague Boutique Residence.

Location is great, in the middle of old town, 4 mis to the square, easy check in, room was very tidy and clean, bathroom is squeaky clean and sanitized, self check in and out, only thing if you are a light sleeper there will be street noise outside in the morning, it didn’t bother me personally but keep that in mind if you decide to stay in the middle of old town boutique hotel anyway, I would stay here again.

When booked stated would have continental breakfast, was none.

I thought I had mentioned to have two beds. It came up with one king size bed.

Super Standort, nettes Personal und sauber! Perfekter Aufenthalt

Vi spurgte det første hotel, om vi kunne få to ekstra overnatninger, men der var alt optaget, de kunne dog tilbyde os dette værelse i et andet område, kun 2 minutters gang fra vores første værelse. Håndvasken var stoppet og der var ingen aircon, men vi havde medbragt vores egen blæser hjemmefra, så vi overlevede varmen 😊 Super fin beliggenhed, lige om hjørnet fra det astronomiske ur, men hvis man er til fred og ro eller skidt til bens, vil jeg anbefale et mere moderne hotel, da dette ligger lige ud til en lille befærdet brostensgade med barer og restauranter, dertil er der ikke elevator, da bygningen er fra 1400 tallet. Men for os var det perfekt til de 2 ekstra værelser
