좋은 곳이에요, 시내 중심가라 접근성이 아주 좋아요.

Room was old, not clean and the male receptionist was not very accommodating.

old room. aircon does not turn off. and I think they are giving only certain rooms for online and different rooms for cash basis.

It is an old hotel but they have good service. They provide what I need and very attentive. I will stay there again

Only stayed for 1 night. Got a standard room for myself with free breakfast buffet which was great. You have to try their brewed coffee! AC takes some time to cool but works well. Unlike some reviews I've read, they did provide me with a remote control and they have cable too. The location is spot on! Majority of the food hubs you'll see on travel blogs is super near this hotel. A lot of cafés as well! :) Convenience store is right at the corner of the street and a salon too. Some popular fast food chains are right across the street. You will not have a hard time to get here as well, simply go to centrio and ride RC jeepneys and alight in front of the hotel. Staff are okay. Some are friendly, some are okay. The only issue is that they do not have hot shower so just turn the AC to fan before you take a bath. Overall, it was a decent hotel :)

Hotel staff were accommodating. Had a problem with the a/c but they quickly transferred me to another room with a good one. Still, they need to avoid this kind of issue/problem.

Central location, its near most places that we visited during our stay. Staff are accommodating. Rooms are a bit old, and there is a loud noise (sounds like a horn blowing) coming from the faucet/shower area.

Room 401, Room looks old. the air con's location is in direct to bed which makes it uncomfortable. No doormat at CR's door, CR flush is defective but however repaired by hotel staff. The other persons going through the alley are very noisy which you can hear inside the room. The AC condenser of their function hall (i guess) is very noisy which is located adjacent to room 401. No toothbrush kid provided (which is present before). On the positive, the value of your payment is what you get. I just hope they add more choices in their eat all you can breakfast. by the way, we didn't availed the eat all you can but instead order a set breakfast, it was too slow, there are flies in the bar area and the lady in charge and other staff are too noisy talking (or shall I say shouting) about their errands. but overall, Grand City is a great value. surely will come back here.

Hotel in the heart of CdeO. Rooms are not that sophisticated. Old rooms but still okey esp for travelers in budget. There a lot of resto/food chains nearby and also they offer buffet breakfast at the cafe. Overall it's 8/10.

Overall the place and the parking area was great. No problem with the hotel at all it's just that the bathroom drainage in our room was clogged. After shower water will still be retained on the floor.
