화장실은 오랫동안 청소되지 않았고, 객실도 개선이 필요합니다. 제가 큰 실수를 저질렀고, 다시는 그곳에 가지 않을 겁니다. 직원들은 친절합니다.

We were assigned in a room in their old building with most facilities which are mostly nonfunctional and needs repair. The front desk seem to be unaware of our advance payment arrangement via app as she asked us for payment upon check-in. It was a truly cheap price but the accommodation is not really worth it. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here.

No sanitation and all. Will not recommend it. Piece of advise renovate and if not yet, then do not offer it to the public until complete renovation

It's nice to stay here... We'll be backed soon when we visit again in Cagayan de Oro City with my family and friends. Room rate is affordable and has a parking space.

There was a rat in the room! Imagine you were staying alone and there was a rodent crawling in the table. The room was not thoroughly clean. Wifi was not also functioning. Not recommendable.

So far, approachable naman ang mga naa sa front desk. Malamig din ang room tas naay gamayng aberya sa door sa banyo because we cannot locked it kay dili na maopen usab pag-among e-locked. Ang shower pud kay natunong juds bathtub, which we have to step and stand on the tub para makaligo. Sa cleanliness, well they need renovation.

Room was dirty. It smelled of urine. Ceiling was beyond brown due to dust. They did not give us the 1 double bed and 1 single bed accomodation indicated on the reservation reasoning that we only declared 2 pax. Good thing Im with my husband. What if I was with a friend backpacking. That would have been awkward. Dirty and smelly.

I am very disappointed with the hotel alone. Their telephone is not working. Their WiFi is very slow. The hotel itself is too old for the price. It really needs renovation. And I hate the fact that it doesn't have any elevator. I'm pregnant and it really stresses me out going up and down through stairs. But at least their staffs are very nice.

Stay was good except that facilities are quite old and needs refurbishing. also I have no idea about the update of its fire safety

Was not able to connect to the WiFi for a day, but everything is great.
