객실은 좋았지만 오래된 냄새가 났습니다. 그 외에는 즐거운 숙박이었습니다.

첫날 밤, 방이 더럽고 제대로 청소되지 않았습니다. 카펫에는 음식물 찌꺼기, 머리카락, 먼지가 있었고, 화장실 바닥에도 머리카락이 있었습니다. 하우스키핑에 전화해야 했지만, 하우스키퍼조차도 진공청소기를 제대로 사용하는 법을 몰랐습니다. 결국 진공청소기를 가져와서 직접 청소했습니다. 직원들은 방이 지저분한 것에 대해 사과하지 않았습니다. 어쨌든 스위트룸으로 업그레이드했더니 방 상태가 더 좋았습니다. 전반적으로 괜찮았고, 즐거운 숙박이었습니다.

주변 환경이 좋고, 상점도 많습니다. 직원들도 친절합니다.

침대 좀 봐주세요. 잠자기 불편해서 교체가 필요할 것 같아요. 저는 1004호에 묵고 있어요.

호텔 출란 더 커브가 최고예요.

호텔 주변에 쇼핑몰이 있어서 매우 편리하고 좋았습니다.

직원들은 매우 친절하고 도움이 되었으며, 쇼핑몰과 레스토랑으로 둘러싸여 있어 매우 편리했습니다.

The only downside is the parking situation, as there is a fee required to use it. However, the breakfast provided was exceptional. At RM25 per person, the quality and variety offered were outstanding.

1. If I leave my hotel room for a longer period & when I came back I will have problem to open my room back. I will have to see the hotel ' s receptionist & reprogram my hotel ' s card back. It happened 2 times 😐. 2. The shower ' s water is too slow. 3. The TV in my room have very bad signal. 4. I cannot closed the TV 😖.

Got confused with damansara hotel as it was near to each other. The signage was also not light-up. I can only see The curve without Royale Chulan and that is the reason I miss the hotel 2times. 30mins looking for the said hotel. Check-in was smooth and easy. Just give your name and IC without the booking printout. Bed was good and comfortable. The shower head need to be replace. Breakfast was good and variety too. They have fried rice and noodle, cereal, nasi lemak, porridge, not so mush pastries, roti canai, toast. Overall, the stay was good.

Parking not free. Very difficult to find parking lot nearby hotel lobby. Room service guy not understanding English.

The room had no mini bars and refrigerator. No TV remote but when requested was given a faulty one. The worse was the bed was too hard. It was not that hard the last time I stayed there.

Room was spacious and clean. The initial room was a bit dusty but the staffs were very friendly and got us a new room down the hall. Room design is a bit outdated and could use some renovation to refresh the ambient. But that 's not a big problem. Location is very nice as it is right next to a mall and getting food is easy.

The room abit smell like wet carpet.

Good location but the breakfast menu just OK. The bathroom not so clean like 4star hotel.

No more next time! The room is super old, dusty and dirty! I was super upset when I found out the air conditioner is not cold at all and I called the receptionist and told him that I would like to change room. He told me he is alone and a lot of guests is waiting for him so he got no time to help me to check is there any other available room. After that, I personally went down to reception and no one there! I was so angry that he lied to me said got a lot of guest are waiting. He saw me angry and immediately changed me another new room. After I got into the new room, I noticed that the room is same, dirty and the air conditioner is not cold. I can't sleep for whole night and I feel I am sleeping in the rubbish bin without the air conditioner. This is super bad experience and I am lucky I only book for one night!

My room at level 11, massive water leaking from the top to the corridor, all carpets was wet and the smell is terribble. The water splash when you walk from the room to the lift.

Pleasant stay with my small family, tidy room & great sahur menu.

Issue regarding the parking, we need to pay on our own.
