Shuttle bus from Narita airport-hotel, vice cersa start at 06.00 am and the last bus is 09.30 PM. Great room, great receptionist, and there is vending machine 7th-12th floor.

Though the location is great, the staff attitude and customer service was bad. Told them that we had a special request, ordered the rooms through app, the front desk staff just replied they have no idea what is Traveloka and he mentioned he would not care to bother as they have their own 3rd party agent. The staff just drop the baggages out at the corridor and don't even bothered to get it in to every rooms.

I would never ever step in to this hotel, first time in japan I see this horrible things happened to me, me and my family arrived to the hotel at 2am after a long flight and all tired, when taxi arrived to the lobby two staff at front desk saw us but totally ignored so I have to offload the luggages and even load on trolly, front desk staff not friendly at all. And even I need to argue with them that my room is included breakfast and they go and check, takes so long to confirm my room, but worst part was when I got to the room card I asked them to help me with my luggage and he point his finger to the trolly and told me carry by myself! Despite I was carry my baby! I felt so angry and humiliated, there were two person there totally free and do nothing, he told me to carry a trolly full of luggage with a baby in my hand, I was a guest not his bellboy, anyway make it short, I carried everything to the room which was very long distance and take note this hotel is very old. I couldn’t even sleep well, bed and pillows are very uncomfortable, this hotel bitter my wonderful trip to japan, not recommended at all!

Great hotel, despite its a old one. The room was awesome, the service. Also they provided shuttle bus for free to airport and narita downton like aeon mall, so no need to spend money on taxi.

The hotel is very clean, the recepcionists very friendly and have a shuttle bus too for guest to go to the town and airport.
