My family use this hotel every winter due to indoor pool and sauna. And normally breakfast is good..Especially sauna facility is very nice. So this time we visited with our framilies and they were also satisfied with the hotel. Thanks. p.s. The spa, however, it was too cold inside and the water. Moreover we could not use spa tub of indoor pool and my favorite place's steam sauna. I hope that these issues are solved as soon as possible.

It is far but you just need to stay in the Hilton and this was the best Hilton

We checked in at 2:30 am. The bar was open, staff was present and awake. The rooms were spacious and nice. Staff was friendly.

Absolutely amazing hotel with a stunning, spacious, and stylish facility. The rooms were so spacious. We stayed at a Suite overlooking the pool. It was so nice. The décor is elegant and impeccably maintained, creating a truly welcoming atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally kind, courteous, and attentive throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking comfort, style, and excellent hospitality. Note: It’s so close if you are flying from Borg el Arab

Great retreat, helpful staff, everyone did a great job despite of the high occupancy of the hotel during our stay. The breakfast buffet was great, special thanks to the patisserie chef for the great taste and wide variety. Dinner Buffet was great too, but the hotel needs to include basic drinks to the buffet, at least water should be added. Perfect clean large pool. Do not get a pool view room if you will feel discomfort from the music at the pool and wedding venues at night. Special thanks to Mr. Karim for actively solving any issues.

Ein wunderschöner grandioser Pool mit fantastische Gastfreundschaft. Leider sind die Zimmer Etwas veraltet. Auch das Bad wirkt überholungsbedürftig.

Stayed 1 night at the Hilton Kings Ranch, on a business trip to Alexandria. Great standards maintained all across. Nice and comfortable room, great gym, choice of restaurants. I was unable to make use of the array of other facilities, but i am sure this is a great stay for a weekend or more to relax and unwind. Excellent staff and front desk, professional and friendly. Special mention of Rawa for a smooth and efficient checkout, and conceirge Gamal for a courteous service. When i return to Alexandria, this will be my first choice for the stay.

Unfortunately, my stay at the hotel was not pleasant. The air conditioning was extremely loud, and the filters were dirty, causing a bad smell in the room. I had to keep the balcony door open all night just to get some fresh air, even though it was noisy outside. Additionally, the pillows were not clean, and I had to wait for almost an hour to get fresh ones. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
