위치도 좋고 직원도 친절하고 대체적으로 만족합니다만 조식은 별로 입니다.

Reception was so kind and made us comfortable. Also breakfast was delicious. 근데 예약할 때 본 사진에 있는 방이랑은 전혀 다른 방에 머물게 됐어요.. 당황스러울 정도로 사진과 다릅니다. 사진에 속지 마세요? 그리고 호텔이 작아요. 복도도 많이 좁습니다. 근데 이 작은 호텔에 단체관광객이 많이 오는 것 같아요. 이분들과 일정이 겹치면 동선 엄청 꼬여요. 만약 고민중이라면 더 고민해보세요^^^*

인근에 주차를 하여야 하는 점을 감안해야 함. 식사는 비교적 훌륭했어요

트램역 바로앞 이라 교통편리 친절함

중심지랑 위치가 조금 떨어져있지만 시설과 서비스가 만족스러웠습니다.

로비에 있는 직원들의 친절도가 아주 좋았고 위치도 관광하는데 전혀 무리없는 위치 중앙역에서 걸어서 십분정도이고 다운타운으로 가는데도 십분정도.위치적으로 훌륭

위치는 자그레브 주요 관광지에서 도보로 15분 정도. 가격대비해서 전체적으로 괜찮았어요. 객실이랑 욕실 깨끗하고 쾌적합니다.

깔끔했다..

Receptionist was very kind and nice. She was willing to offer service whenever I requested. Room was clean. But the size of room was really small so that I couldn't move around easily. Sometimes I smelled of drain in my room. :( Overall, it wasn't that bad because of the location , transportaion and service.

1인실을 썼는데 생각보단 좁았습니다. 대체로 깔끔하고 프론트 직원이 친절 했습니다. 광장까지 가는 길에 박물관이나 공원등이 있어서 걸가가면서 구경해도 됩니다. 조식은 따로 돈을 내면 이용할 수 있습니다.

GREAT. Very well located, parking available, but very hard to find the parking place - hotel is in the pedestrian area. Breakfast was excellent ! In the middle of town, so easily reachable to almost every spots.

무엇보다 숙소가 정말깨끗해요. 조식은 조금 비싼 편이지만 최고로 나오구요~광장까지 걸어서 10분이라 트램도 거의 안탔네요ㅎㅎ 인형처럼 생긴 리셉션 언니도 대박 친절합니다^^b

혼자 일주일 지내는데 별다른 불편함과 불쾌함은 전혀 없었습니다. 프런트직원들도 친절 그자체이고요. 지낼만 했습니다.

The Hotel Garden in Zagreb was a wonderful experience. The beds were firm, but not unforgivingly hard as in most European hotels. The staff was the real jewell of the hotel. They were pleasant, kind and helpful in so many ways. The hotel is in a great location with ready access to the tram system, and easy to walk to most of the sites downtown. The breakfast was ample and had sufficient variety with nice pastries.

Super friendly

Room was hot but staff explained at checkin that the city controls the heat in the building and it was beyond their control. At least the windows opened. Rooms could use a refresh and a deep cleaning, but I assumed that might be the case and booked the room for one night only bc they have onsite parking and the location is walkable.

Great Breakfast and comfortable room

The room that was given to us was really bad due to location. The hotel was located on a busy street where trams go all the time and the room is shaking every time they pass. We were wondering if we were given such bad room because we booked through Expedia and they give better rooms to other travelers? It was just weird because the hotel was less than 50% occupied. The breakfast is ok. I had it worse. Bathroom is very small. The beds are comfy. The location is good and close to other places. Parking is limited but we were lucky enough to park there. We would definitely NOT go there again even we visit Zagreb quite often.
