Property was modern with an impressive lobby, good options for the included breakfast buffet, and onsite gym. The outdoor pool was closed due to rain the whole week prior to our stay. Our room was spacious, clean, and had a large rain shower. I loved the patio looking out into the jungle. Our stay was during their slow season in early winter, so we had cooler but sunny weather without having to deal with mosquitoes. Would recommend!

Excellent hotel, great facilities, diverse menu in on-site restaurant, very friendly and helpful staff. Only minor downside was that it was off the main highway, a ten minute walk, but many Ubers available.

Breakfast was great, a good variety of options. Room was clean and modern with all amenities. Appreciated that it is off season but pool could have been cleaner so we did not use it. Staff were helpful and considered. We liked the wine tasting each night!

There was no water pressure and the room was dated and had an odor

Nos encanto el ambiente de la instalation. Los muchachos del front desk fueron muy amables y complacientes. El chico a cargo de atender las habitaciones fue muy efficient. Creo que volveremos a vernos en una future visita. Gracias y mantengan ese status.

While the room was large & had 3 separate beds to meet our needs, it had a horrible musty mold smell. The white sheets & towels were a yellow stint & should have been thrown out a long time ago. The tea kettle to warm water would also not work. As for the bathroom area; the sink ONLY had hot high pressure water & the bidet didn’t work. The Breakfast was a nice spread, but a lot of pastry goods. The eggs /meat / vegetables were cold; disappointing because they tasted good. The Front Desk & Breakfast staff were very pleasant. The Car Service with staff personnel needs to improve communication as driver never arrived at communicated time on 2 separate occasions.

After a two-hour journey, as you drive through the forest road, the hotel appears like a shining pearl tucked away in the jungle. We arrived a few hours before the official check-in time, but the friendly reception team had our room ready within minutes. ​As soon as we entered, a refreshing fragrance filled the air, giving a sense of pure freshness. The view of the lush forest and the pool from our room was breathtaking. Everything was spotless, the temperature was perfect, and the amenities were top-notch. I also highly recommend the massage services—truly professional and revitalizing! With its great breakfast and proximity to major tourist spots, this hotel is a perfect choice. A wonderful stay!

En general es buena opción, bien ubicado, con áreas comunes muy bien cuidadas y desayuno bueno, a mi habitación le hacía falta mantenimiento, paredes y techo algo sucias y desgastadas y la puerta del baño no cerraba bien. Personal muy amable en todo momento
