길가에 위치한 방(클래식룸)들은 트램이 오가는 소리가 매우 시끄럽습니다. 겨울에 창문을 닫고 지내면 조금 나을까요? 건물 반대편에 위치한 방(프리미엄)들은 괜찮을지 모르겠습니다만 이에 대한 어떠한 설명도 호텔사이트에는 없습니다. 3층의 방에 화장실과 샤워실 문이 안닫힐 정도의 심각한 균열과 내려앉음이 진행되고 있었는데 호텔측에서 이 사실을 모르고 계셨다는 것이 매우 놀라울 따름입니다. 세심한 관리와 건물의 안전진단이 필요해 보입니다. 다행히 7일의 예약된 기간 중 나머지 4일을 환불해주셔서 호텔을 바꾸었습니다. 다시는 겪고싶지 않은 경험이었습니다.

친절한 직원, 정확한 서비스, 중앙역까지 이동하기 쉬운 위치, 도보로 호수에 갈 수 있어서 좋았다.

Very clean and comfortable room

This is a real gem near the heart of Zürich! Quiet, comfortable, clean rooms. Air conditioning which is a huge plus. The shower pressure was great. Amazing staff and breakfast. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Room was clean, quiet and air conditioned. Location was great, only a block from Lake Zurich, many cafe near by and a short walk to Old Town. Breakfast was great, and included eggs cooked to order.

Easy to take the train from airport to nearest train station and walk a few blocks. The bed was super comfy, bathroom clean, and breakfast delicious!

We stayed one night in a room that had creakier floors than a timber forest in winter. Not one or two places, but the whole room. Yes, it’s an old building. But I did wonder whether it was only ours or if they’re all like it. And if they are, no reviewer has noted it. Trams seem to run from about 5am and every few minutes. The bed was very comfortable. There’s a lift which was good. Breakfast was average I’d say. Limited choice and small quantity. Coffee is a capsule machine with frother. A bit fiddly and unnecessary use of plastics imo. Access is very easy with code and key.

清潔な部屋でした！ 鍵開けるのだけ難しいですが、慣れてしまえば簡単です！ 電車の駅もトラムの駅も近くて便利です！ coopとmigrosも近くにあります。

Kaiken kaikkiaan hyvä. Matkatavarat pystyi aamulla jättämään respaan odottamaan huoneen vapautumista, joka vapautui sitten pari tuntia etuajassa.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Breakfast was very good. We reserved a parking spot well in advance so parking was a breeze.
