한인촌 및 중앙시장도 가깝고, 모든면에 접근성이 용이하였슴. 다만 구도심쪽이라 치안이나 소음도 등이 좀 고려되어졌슴.주차장이 없고 짐 상하차하기 불편한 지역에 위치함.

- 장점 가격대비 만족합니다. 구시가와 약간 떨어져있긴 하지만 호텔 바로 옆에 공원이 있고 지하철역에서 매우 가까워 주변 이동에 어려움이 없습니다. 직원이 매우 친절합니다. 스위트 트윈 요청하여 트윈침대 준비해주었고 방이 생각보다 넓습니다. 와이파이 잘 됩니다. 호텔 1층 내 흡연구역이 있습니다. 욕조가 따로 준비되어 있고 연인들 숙박에 적합할듯 합니다. - 단점 객실 내 냉방장치가 매우 낡고 시끄러워 수면에 방해가 됩니다.. 스탠드형 냉풍기 정도인듯 합니다. 낮에는 전혀 시원하지 않습니다. 한 여름에는 매우 더울 듯 하여 객실 내 냉방장치가 따로 있는지 확인해야 합니다. 욕실내 화장실이 오픈이 많이 되어 있어 출장 목적으로 동료와 같이 숙박할 경우 민망할 수 있습니다. 조식이 매일 똑같고 심지어 일요일에는 매우 부실하게 나오며 식사 테이블이 적어 이용객이 많을 경우 조식 이용에 어려움이 있을듯 합니다. 엘리베이터가 구형이어서 매우 느립니다.

Writing I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was good, and the location was very convenient—only a 3-minute walk to the metro station. There is a plenty of good restaurants , parks , museums around. I would definitely stay here again.

Atendimento dos funcionários é bom. o quarto apresentava problemas de manutenção e algum barulho persistente que não consegui identificar de onde vinha. O café da manhã é realmente escasso, sempre com as mesmas coisas.

Nice room, quite quiet. Decent buffet breakfast. The male receptionist (I think the night receptionist) was very friendly and helpful.

the room was clean but the AC was set at 25 degrees and I could not change it. the AC remote control did not work. I had to have breakfast at 7am and they did not have hot milk or eggs, just bread, ham and cheese and sweet options until 8am but they do not say that on the information. room was basic, area at night does not feel safe.

Friendly staff, good amenities, good breakfast and good location.

You could tell the rooms were old. Breakfast was extremely basic- far from amazing as the other reviews indicate. Take the 5 star reviews with a grain of salt. Location looks scary but a fairly good location.

Nice bottle of wine with our stay. Good location for exploring the old city but not that convenient for the new city. Area a little run down but was expected being in the old city.

Perfect location for walking around Santiago. Located in an old building that has been beautifully updated next to a park. The staff are very helpful and the included breakfast has lots of variety.

This is my second time at this hotel, which couldn't be better located -- across from two museums and near the nightlife and restaurants of the Barrio Lastarria. But on a quiet side street. Plus, the staff is helpful, the breakfast is generous and the rooms well designed.
