Quiet, clean & staff were lovely.

Very comfortable stay

Upon first arrival at night, I thought what an earth had we booked. Very darkened exterior . Not enough lighting. However, upon entering our room it was amazing. Large lounge, bathroom with deep bath, and comfortable bed, air conditioning, good wifi, breakfast and room service. . Definitely a great home away from home.

Located in a nice area. Felt very safe.

Lovely property, nice soft beds & clean rooms. The convenience of breakfast in the morning was great. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly.

Happy with the service and the hotel cleanliness. Everything promised was delivered I.e breakfast, room tidied, items to use like microwave as we travelled with our 3 month old.

Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Bathroom door - self closing and very heavy. Imagine older people would struggle with it.

Close to town, very close to Federal Hotel which has great meals ... we went for the mountain biking

Good value for money. Staff friendly. Clean and good location with walking distance to town. Breakfast was included and all we needed. Could do with an Upgraded Coffee machine

Just lovely hotel

Reception shuts off at 6 but the key was left out. The rooms can be accessed form inside or out but outside there is no room number that I could see at night to let me know which door to access when getting things form my car.

Comfortable motel style accommodation. Close to centre of Collie. It would be good if there were flyscreens on the windows so that they could be opened without mozzies coming in. This would save having to use the aircon so much and be better for the environment.
