입구를 찾기 힘들었지만, 가성비 좋은 숙소

Well.. Simply if I am going to cancun I'll never go back the same hotel. Because there are so many cheap & good hotels. First of all, taxi driver/ super shuttle drivers - no one knows the hotel. Second, there is chain so you need to walk a lot to the frontdoor. (someone wrote about it and I realized what is means when I saw it) Third, There was no towels (I complained it and later we got it) Simply I don't recommend here.

Staff was friendly and it was a purchase just to sleep. Arrive by late and needing to check in to an all inclusive the following morning. So we purchased expecting a basic stay. But this was extremely basic and the light from the hallway stayed on all night.

We were extremely disappointed with this property and were unable to stay there. The hotel looked nothing like the photos shown on Expedia. Upon arrival, it was immediately apparent that the property was in a significant state of disrepair. The overall cleanliness was unacceptable, and the condition of the building raised serious concerns about safety and maintenance. One of the most alarming issues was in the main common area, where large pieces of cloth had been hung from the ceiling to conceal damage and deterioration above. The cloth itself was stained with rust-colored marks, suggesting ongoing water damage or structural issues. This created an unsettling and unprofessional appearance and did not inspire confidence in the condition of the property. Throughout the hotel, there were visible signs of neglect and poor maintenance. The property did not appear to be structurally sound, and we did not feel safe remaining there. The condition of the hotel was so far below reasonable expectations that we had no choice but to leave and secure accommodations elsewhere at additional expense. The photos and description provided online were highly misleading and did not accurately represent the actual condition of the property. We believe travelers should be aware that the hotel we encountered was dramatically different from what was advertised. Because the accommodations were not as represented and were unsuitable for occupancy, we left.

Por la mañana es muy ruidoso, como si pasase un carro grande por al lado de la ventana, y el olor a humedad de la propiedad en general es muy fuerte. Por otro lado, tiene una muy buena ubicación y el personal es muy amable, la habitación tiene todo lo necesario pero por el precio tienes que estar consciente que no tendrás vistas al exterior, en realidad no tendrás ninguna vista porque las ventanas son 100% polarizadas ya que las habitaciones son interiores. Fue una buena experiencia en general, solo estuve una noche y cumplió su función

Precisa de reforma urgente e o cheiro de mofo é absurdo!!

Lo único que no me gustó es que por el nombre del hotel a como lo promocionan muchos no lo ubican, me costó trabajo dar con el hotel, algo escondido.

For the price point and location- five star. It’s not a fancy or updated building or room, but they’re nice enough, clean, cool, amazing location for the nightlife and the staff were superb! They held my luggage before and after my stay till I could check in and till my flight, delivered it to the room for me. Cafe around the corner less than a minute walk. 24 hour conscience and drug store Inside the building and the mom and daughter running it are wonderful! The nearby vendors are great and will remember you by day 3! I’ll be back!!

Hôtel bien situé, idéal pour se déplacer facilement et profiter des alentours. La chambre était spacieuse et propre, ce qui a rendu le séjour agréable. En revanche, il y avait un problème de pression dans la douche, ce qui est un peu dommage. À noter également l’absence de fenêtre, ce qui peut gêner certaines personnes. Dans l’ensemble, un séjour correct malgré ces quelques points à améliorer.

Muy cómodo y bien ubicado

Definitely not as good as the pictures. It is chaotic and loud. Not recommended. Unfortunately we booked it non refundable so and we were only there for a night and we have to leave because the conditions of the property are just not ideal. Don’t go there, waste of money
