일몰 전망이 매우 좋았고, 객실이 넓고, 마하 타워가 보이는 수영장 전망이 좋았습니다.

첫째, 이 호텔은 1성급도 받을 만하지 않습니다. 수영장은 수영장 측면에 조류가 있어 수영장 안쪽까지 물이 녹색으로 보여 역겹습니다. 침대 시트도 얼룩덜룩합니다. 마지막으로 음식은 끔찍합니다. 아침 식사는 Milo조차 제공하지 않고, 원한다면 한 잔에 8RM을 내야 합니다. 아침 식사 옵션이 너무 제한적입니다. 룸 다이닝을 주문했지만 피시 앤 칩스는 돈 낭비입니다. 생선은 너무 냄새가 나고 롱캉 맛이 나는데, 요리하기 전에 제대로 씻지 않았기 때문입니다. 함께 주문한 따뜻한 Milo는 너무 달아서 당뇨병이 올 수 있습니다! 샤워기 헤드도 녹슬고 곰팡이가 생겨서 호텔은 유지 관리를 확실히 해야 합니다. 카펫은 제대로 청소되지 않았고 침대 바닥 카펫 옆 모서리에 M&M이 있습니다. 반면에 직원들은 정중했습니다.

랑카위에 가시면 이 호텔은 좋은 선택입니다. 쿠아 타운과 가까워 전략적인 위치를 자랑하기 때문입니다. 편안한 객실, 매우 친절한 직원, 훌륭한 아침 식사도 좋았습니다.

도시와 가까운 곳에 위치하고, 직원들은 친절하고, 음식은 맛있고 조용합니다!

Very clean and the staff good and helpful.

The facility in the room so far is so good, but the breakfast food is not much variant and late to reload sometimes. The worker is sometimes not friendly. Should be more friendly to everyone without seeing their purpose or their nationality. And one thing that I don't like from this hotel, this hotel very far from the attraction area.

Bilik yang luas, selesa & amat bersih. Kakitangan yang sangat membantu dan mesra pelanggan. Saya amat berpuas hati.

Stafnya sangat friendly, swimming poolnya bagus. Ada yang khas untuk wanita. Lokasinya juga sesuai, berdekatan dengan pekan kuah, senang untuk pegi shopping. View dari hotel pun cantik terutama dari tingkat 9 yang saya menginap. Makanannya pun oke breakfast.

Good room with affordable price! It is just my sea view is blocked by the hotel building structure.

My favourite hotel at langkawi. The stall in front hotel was very good. So delicous.

Great hotel. The air conditioner was not working but the maintenance was fast to fix the issue. The only bad thing is the band busking during the night-not very pleasant sleeping experience when you can hear singing when you are trying to close your eyes.

No Toothbrush & toothpaste provided; Towels were smelly. Requested for a new ones but one of the towels was torn. My home towels are even better than the hotel ' s; FYI, the hotel doesn't provide tissue. It is only provided upon request according to the receptionist (sigh~); No room slippers & tea too. The only drink that the hotel provided was coffee and plain water (no kidding); Breakfast worth RM25 per pax was not worth it. FYI, egg station was closed during my stay there. Only 1 type of fruit was being served-watermelon in yellow & red colours. Malaysia if known for its tropical fruits, can't they serve more? Ayam sambal-I could taste the chicken isn't fresh. As for the rest of the food, there was bread, butter & jam, roti canai (too dry); Nasi lemak, etc.

The towel room very bad smell. I booked for two room all towel are smelly. Hotel need to change to new towel.

Very comfortable, friendly staff & clean hotel.

Came as couple but got twin bed. The only room they got @ high floor as per my request during booking. Drinking water are refillable with coway at each floor but they did not give clear instruction to guest where the coway is. It was hidden nearby service lift. Bunch of trainee at front desk and f&b but they try their best to serve you politely. Not sure how many permanent staff they got. Breakfast so so. They got separate pool for female guest in case you want privacy. Overall satisfied with the stay.
