시설 등은 모두 좋고 만족스러웠고 직원 응대도 친절했습니다. 단 와이파이 속도가 느인 부분은 보완이 필요할 것 같습니다.

맨윗층 펜트하우스형임에도 그리 비싸지 않은 가격에 어머님을 포함한 다섯 식구가 편하게 묶었다. 공간도 넓을뿐 아니타 주방 및 세탁세제까지 완비되어 있었다. 사전에 받은 instruction으로 체크인도 쉽게 할수 있었다.다만 전용 주차장이 건물 뒷편에 있는데, 대부분 일방통행로여서 접근이 다소 불편했다. 프롱트낙 호텔 바로 앞까지는 도보로 25분 정도 소요된다.

시설이 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 올드퀘벡까지는 도보로 15분 정도 걸리고, 인근에 대형 수퍼마켓이 있어서 편했습니다. 다만 6인이 묵는 아파트에 화장실이 1개뿐이라 조금 불편했습니다.

정말 강추 힐튼 호텔 안가고 여기 가길 잘했어용 작년에 힐튼도 갔는데 가격대비해 최고에요.

Large apartment. Clean. Quite and amazing!!

Our loft was amazing, seemed to be brand new, and It was like staying in an apartment. We especially loved having a washer, dryer, and full kitchen. It is located in an area that seems to be in the middle of gentrification so there is a large homeless population, but the price was right. Parking was a problem. We paid for it in advance. However, when we arrived, there was no spaces available (they only have 10 spaces). There was a forklift in 2 spaces. One car was taking up 2 spaces. I gave the license plate # to the staff and she said no one was registered there with that plate. Instead of having the car towed, she said they could refund me the money and I could find somewhere else to park. Instead, we waited an hour and finally 3 cars left. They were all construction workers working on a nearby property. Obviously, the property manager doesn’t monitor the lot at all and random people park there for free.

Very big apartment, true to the pictures provided, very clean and comfortable. Amazing place to live when traveling.

Everythings good except the parking lot. Walking from/to the back alley of the building to get to the parking lot and the building unit can make you feel uneasy as there's some homeless in the area specially at night time. If that doesn't bother you then it's a good place to stay. Location from Fairmont Frontenac was great specially if you are travelling with car and the unit itself was good.

Great place to stay for family. In a borough of Quebec City. On main street with coffee shop, groceries, 2nd hand shops close by. Lodgings are tres spacious - awesome kitchen, only downside for us is we chose loft with one bath but we knew it going in. The lofts have high ceilings so can be a bit noisy but that's family. Well worth it. they offered a paid parking space located conveniently behind the apt.

Its my 5th time there and i can say that hotel room are over for me, im choosing to rent a loft there instead it is a better choice for me! There is lot of spaces, its quiet, well located, easy to access, lot of commodities and it is often less expensive than a regular hotel room in the area. Its 5 times bigger than a hotel room for the same price. It is easy to choose no?

Secteur de la ville peu invitant, avec beaucoup d'itinérants. Beau GRAND loft en surface, mais peu confortable avec matelas et oreillers de pietre qualité. Somme toute, rapport qualité prix intéressant à conditions d'avoir un moyeb de transport vers le Vieux.

Hôtel de style loft, offrant un logement complet. Le loft était vraiment très spacieux. L'arrivée indépendante avec un code est très facilitante. C'est une superbe valeur pour le prix. Je séjournerais à nouveau dans cet hôtel.

Parked the car and got towed…stayed there for 2 days and spent a day for the parking

Très bien situé, plusieurs commodites à proximité, restos, épicerie, café. 15 minutes du secteur du Vieux Québec et de la rue Grande Allée. Près du musée d’art contemporain. Spacieux, on peut être en famille ou avec des amis.

Aucun stationnement disponible à notre arrivée dans l’espace des lofts que nous avions payé. Nous avons passé 1 heure à en chercher un. Nous en avons trouvé sur le bord de la rue sans avis de déneigement mais nous nous sommes quand même fait remorquer et une belle contravention salée! La vaisselle était sale dans les armoires, la bouilloire, le toaster et le plancher de notre chambre également. De plus des serviettes sales ont été laissées dans un garde-robe. Les gens ont fait la fête vendredi soir jusqu’à environ 3h du matin dans le loft juste en face de nous et le samedi soir ça recommençait alors j’ai contacté le superviseur des lofts et il ne m’a jamais fait de suivi! Lits peu confortables et divan du salon désuet et brisé.
