The rooms were large, clean, and smelled amazing. Staff was very friendly!

The rooms are great and staff is friendly. Breakfast could've been better but overall a good stay.

Cleanliness was not great. Went to use a glass and it was filthy. The microwave was full of dust/white film. Not enough towels for us to shower. Had to go to front desk for towels. Breakfast items not good. Omelets pre-made with cheese. No other egg choices if you can't have cheese. Very limited.

Overall, my experience was okay — not bad, but I was expecting a bit more considering the price (over $200 a night). I understand the rates were probably higher because of the nearby music festival, though. The staff were polite and professional, but the interactions felt a bit transactional. Not unfriendly, just not as warm or welcoming as I’ve experienced elsewhere. The room itself was clean and comfortable, which I appreciated. However, the TV placement was a bit odd — it wasn’t centered with the bed, so we had to adjust it and watch at an angle. The AC unit also blew directly on one side of the bed, so I had to shift over a little to get comfortable. Breakfast could use a little improvement. The options were limited and some items were a bit dry, which was a bit disappointing for the price point. The Wi-Fi was also a little slow at times. All in all, it was a decent stay — clean room, fair comfort, and a convenient location — but a few small things kept it from being great.

We had 5 guests and were provided TWO towels and missing three pillows. Our room phone didn’t work, so I called the front desk on my cell phone to ask for towels and pillows and they were out of towels. Having to share 2 towels with five people is not hygienic. Biggest game weekend for the area, busy hotel and surprised that they weren’t prepared for the crowds.

Property overall in good shape. Attentive to concerns. Any issues were resolved immediately.

Nice place. Love staying at Springhill Suites when possible because their rooms and bathrooms are spacious. Free parking. Plenty of restaurants close by. We walked across the street and ate at a good Mexican restaurant.

No trash can liners in any trash can in the room. The shower knobs were broken off and still had a mini knob that turned in the middle. On the other side of the shower there was a new knob to turn the water on and off. So a halfway done repair/upgrade? When turned on, water sprayed aggressively and forcefully from the center of the broken knobs on the opposite walls. Had to fiddle with the small knob in the middle of the broken knobs to get the water switched to the overhead sprayer. Black mold growing out from behind the feee shampoo and conditioner bottles that are attached to the wall in the shower. And the plastic stripping on the bottom of the glass shower door was ripped and trailing behind the door when it was opened/shut. Overall, we just needed a place to sleep for the night after a long drive, so not worth complaining at the front desk.
