호텔은 강을 바라보는 매우 좋은 위치에 있으며 주변에 많은 상점이 있습니다. 왕궁, 바펜사원, 중앙시장 등 관광지와 그리 멀지 않습니다. 다만 방이 너무 낡았습니다. 시트와 베갯잇은 낡고 낡아 누렇게 변했습니다. 공용 공간에는 버려진 것처럼 보이는 쓰레기와 쓰레기가 가득합니다. 2박 예약하고 결제했는데 1박만 묵었습니다. 그런 호텔은 도저히 참을 수 없어서 남은 1박은 건너뛰고 근처 다른 호텔로 옮겼습니다. 이 호텔은 예약하지 않는 것이 좋습니다. 수영장이 딸린 인근 3성급 호텔의 가격과 조식, 세심한 서비스가 제공되는 더블와이드 객실에 비하면 크리스탈블루의 가격은 결코 저렴하지 않습니다.

Lokasi strategis dekat objek wisata dan night market, restoran halal di lantai dasar, pelayanan ok. Hanya saja kamar kurang bersih, ga dapet air minum, air mandi kecil, AC lama dinginnya.

Lokasi sangat strategis, banyak tempat makan di sekitar hotel.

Lokasi hotel bagus, dekat pusat keramaian. AC dingin tapi sarapannya kurang enak.

First of all it is a hotel inside an Indian restaurant , nothing wrong but to get to the lobby , you have to pass through this tiny space restaurant where people are eating. The smell is so strong from the spices I guess. In general the smell is bad in the hotel. The room tiny with no view at all , not sure on the riverside might be better, but I couldn't book as it was fully booked. The staff when we check in in the night 9pm , speak not a single word of English, though he is working in hospitality. Found twice dead coackroaches, AC fucntions poor and smell , to get to the room with heavy luggage have to use some tiny stairs. Toilet condition worse than bad. Very bad experience would highly recommend you check for another place to stay.

The staff were helpful and the owner was reasonable when it came to a partial refund. The hotel will be a disappointment to people, because the photos are lovely but the hotel is very very run down. The whole place needs a complete refurbishment.

Kamar tidak sesuai dengan dipesan...ac bocor airnya kmn2...bathtub tidak bisa dipakai kamar 201, kl kita duduk di dilobby harus selalu beli minuman atau makanan..kl kita tidak beli pasti ngomel2 padahal kita menginap dst...hati2 dengan barang berharga atau lebih baik dibw saja jangan di simpan di dalam kamar..krn tidak aman

Clean and Great Location for first time visitor
