깨끗한 객실, 최적의 장소

크리스마스 뷰를 요청하였는데 수용해주지 않았어요 조식먹는 식당은 난방이 안되어서 너무너무 추웠습니다 이틀째 되던 날에 외출하고 돌아오니 쓰레기통 뚜껑이 화장대 위에 떡하니 올려 있고 이불또한 머리카락이 마니 놓여 있어 당혹스러웠습니다 위치말고는 좋은게 없었어요 ㅠㅠ

체크인할 때 영어도 서툴고 경험이 많지 않은 것 같았습니다. 위치는 최고에요. 룸도 좋구요

드레스덴 시내와 가까운 위치에 있어 접근성이 좋고 야경이 좋은 숙소였음. 큰 주차장도 연결되어 있어 차량 이동을 하는 분들은 추천. 주차장은 좀 비싼편

위치는 좋은데 층마다 계단이 많아서 캐리어 들고 이동하기 불편해요. 리셉션으로 연락할 수 있는 전화기는 없고 가격에 비해 특별한 서비스는 없어요

매우 깨끗하고 친절하고 조식도 훌륭하고 주변환경이 정말 최고였다. 이런 호텔 다시 만나기 어렵고, 드레스덴에 가려는 친구들에게 꼭 추천하고 싶다. 너무 너무 좋은 호텔이다

위치가 정말 좋습니다. 드레스덴의 볼거리를 도보로 갈 수 있을뿐만 아니라 쇼핑도 도보로 갈 수 있습니다. 숙소의 외관도 훌륭하고, 내부도 깨끗합니다. 리셉션에 있는 직원도 매우 친절했습니다. 다음에 드레스덴에 또 온다면 여기에 다시 머물고 싶습니다.

Zimmer schön groß, aber etwas karg gestaltet. Bad super Design. Im gesamten sehr modern und clean. Für eine Übernachtung zum Weihnachtsmarkt ideal. 👌

Sehr freundliches Personal, das Zimmer war gut

We stayed over the Christmas period and had a balcony room. This was the most magical experience. Laying in bed listening to the carols, bells, people laughing. The view was amazing. The property is old as most building in Europe but all amenities were great. Couldn’t fault besides from limited access to taxis and no Ubers in the area. Roads also get closed during Christmas market periods. Plan ahead and don’t make the mistake like us as we almost missed our train due to not having car transportation close by. Plenty of tram options if you can navigate and shopping centre across the street!

Staff was awesome and quickly resolved any question and requests. Location is perfect!

Great location , parking below the building and train station very accessible.customer service is great and sumptuous breakfast.loved the view during the Christmas markets, we were on the 2nd floor, got the whole view and very christmassy

This hotel is very well located, just a few blocks from the most amazing view of the Elba and the Castle. The croissant of the breakfast was the best I tried in my trip to Europe including different cities. The best thing was that our room was ready earlier so as a family with children and arriving tired, early check-in was the best and really appreciated.
