비행기 타는 시간이 세벽이어서 쉬다가 공항가려고 하루묵었는데 호텔 너무 좋고 서비스도 너무 좋았어요.

발코니 룸으로 업그레이드 해줬어요. 그래서 그런지 크기나 시설이 가성비 좋다고 느껴졌고, 부대시설도 꽤 만족스러워요. 조식 맛있고 근데 시티쪽이라 숙박객이 워낙 많아서 북적북적해요.

내부 시설, 지리적 위치 좋음. 호텔스 닷컴 통해서, 더블룸1개, 트윈룸 1개 예약했는데, 더블룸 2개 배정됨. 컴플레인하니, 다음날 바꿔준다고 해놓고 연락 없어, 또 가서 컴플레인함. deposit 카드 결제 한거 환불도 안됨.. 메리어트 공홈에 메일 써도....시스템으로 메일 오는 듯 하고, 아무런 피드백 없음. 수많은 호텔 다녔지만, 이런 서비스 엉망인 곳은 처음

위치가 정말 너무 좋았습니다~ 시내에있어 접근성도 좋고 웬만한 시내 볼거리는 셔틀버스로 무료로 이용할수있고 직원들도 친절하고 깨끗하고 모든것이 좋았습니다~~ 중국인 택시 기사가 이호텔은 아마 접근성이나 가격적인 면에서 싼야 최고의 호텔이라고 숙소 잘잡았다고 칭찬해주었습니다~~

가격대비 숙박시설이 상당히 좋았다. 특히 욕조나 테라스가 마음에 든다.

was ok but won't stay there again. everything was better on pictures. location is not too bad but not in the walk in distance from shopping malls.

I stayed for two nights with my husband and a 3yr-orl daughter. Hotel was full with locals. There are only few (1-2) staffs speaking english. When i want to order some room service, they have to call us back. Hotel was huge as other hotels in hainan. You have to have to get a ocean view room on the higher floor. Our room was on the 6th floor and could only see a peak of ocean from the balcony. Garden view is not really a garden view since they have no garden. It just has a building view. :( Food was not good at all (orderd italian, chinese, indonesian), breakfast was packed no good selection of food but only essentials focused more on Chinese locals. Fried wonton was the best. There was a shuttle bus to the mall and night market however you have to take taxi anyway in the returns. It takes only 10 RMB but would not walk since the hotel is in the very end of a bit shaddy road. I havent tried any of hotels in Dadonghai, but definately better stay in Haitang bay.

El restaurante "Cocina JW" estuvo cerrado para cenar durante toda la estancia y no hubo aviso previo. La alberca tiene bloqueos alrededor y no hay libre acceso aún dentro del horario permisible para nadar. El playground tiene partes canceladas o bloqueadas y los niños no las pueden usar. El horario de la limpieza es inconsistente y no se puede establecer una rutina de cuándo puedes volver a la habitación. La encargada de la tienda de golosinas y souvenirs es muy arrogante. El buffet del desayuno es IDÉNTICO todos los días, cero variedad. El hotel no tiene cafetera en la habitación ni tienen café soluble. El aire acondicionado no se podía encender con el botón de encender.

酒店已老舊，規劃不太合理，網站的圖片看不出房間的地毯及木地板已老舊，訂的是山景房，卻一直給陽台外有個大屋頂的一點點山景+一點點海景的房間，換了三套都一樣，全山景的說已住滿

Excellent accommodations with a close proximity to beaches and restaurants.

We loved the size of the hotel and its luxury amenties. Truly world class excellence.

Room was not as described/pictured on Expedia (family room, there wasnt even a desk to work at). Staff were unable to communicate in English. Staff attempted to charge for breakfast that was included with booking. While the facilities are nice, the overall experience was unbecoming of the JW Marriott brand.

My third time at this property - still very impressed. Location is on a beautiful sandy beach coast line, with lovely blue water. My room with balcony offered a sweeping view of the ocean, and the bed was very comfortable, and overall quality very good. Thanks to the staff as well, for their support and service, keeping me happy and safe, the whole stay. Back again soon. A+++
